CatSMarTPluS is now into their 3rd year of serving the eBay community.

     My wife and I have been pet owners, for years, primarily the feline variety. We have 4 cats and jointly care for a number of neighborhood strays. 3 of our own now as Lily passed in December of 2007.The cost of caring for these little creatures had taken it's toll on us.

     Early in 2006 I discovered a means of significantly reducing the cost of "effective" Flea and Tick control. 

I then tried it!

It worked!

We were now treating our cats with Frontline Plus for far less (1/4 th the cost) than we had been paying our vet. In February of 2007 I embarked on a trial of marketing Frontline Plus for Cats on Ebay. The sales began coming in the response to our listings was greater than we had anticipated. I had to turn our dining room into a small scale production and packaging facility. In response to customer demand in June of 2007 we intorduced our Frontline Plus for small dogs to 22 lbs. In response to a few of our customers' concerns about dosing for their Cats weighing over 16 LBS we introduced a program for Larger Cats in the early winter of 2007. If you need product for a larger cat please send us a message indicating your cats weight and for between $2.00  and $5.00 we can customize your order for your cat's specific weight.  We now, on request, will provide custom orders for larger dog breeds. If interested in a price quote for your larger Dog's Please email us with your dog's weight and we will reply with a weight specific quote.

     We have just entered our 3rd year. We are still at it and hope that with our customers' support we can continue to present ourselves on Ebay and other Online Selling resources.

     Our Mission is to provide quality pet care products at what I feel are more reasonable prices. I believe in Truth In Advertising, Providing customers with good service and communication, and above all to provide an atmosphere for pet owners to come in and look around and hopefully see an item they like and purchase it.

     I don't believe in playing Feedback blackmail. So in essence as a buyer when you bid and win and pay promptly then you in essence have initiated a positive transacton and as such I leave feedback accordingly and I will generally leave feedback before your order is even shipped. These sellers that indicate that they will return feedback for feedback is a tactic I wll not employ as a means of generating positive feedback.I have over 6 years of Ebay Buying experience and I make every effort to provide my customers with the best possible buying experience across the board. I try to put myself in your shoes and make every attempt to provide the products and service that I, as a buyer, would expect myself.

     In March of 2007 we introduced our private label "SmartNip", a potent organically grown all natural catnip treat. This product has received rave reviews and has resulted in reactions from cats that have in the past displayed no real interest in catnip at all. The comments range from "this stuff is awesome" to "My wife and I were laughing our butts off for over an hour" I'm not sure if they used it themselves or if they were laughing at the cats reaction to it. "My wife laughed so hard she cried"

     Our Frontline Plus is received in bulk factory sealed (Merial) , Batch Numbered, containers. The batch numbers are recorded on both the packaged product label and in our SECURE customer database matched to each outgoing order. This is done primarily to determine who got what batch in the highly unlikely event that Merial ever has to issue a recall on any of it's products. All of our Frontline Plus products are NOT chemically altered or diluted in any way. It is the same full strength Frontline Plus you would get at your vet for much more money.

     Prior to packaging, each batch we receive is sampled. The sample is split and one split is stored in our archives for future testing and studies. the second split is sent out for spectral analysis. When the batch is a confirmed match to our known good control and only then is the product put into production for packaging. The product is packaged in single use disposable syringe type applicators. This patented syringe type applicator affords the user the following benefits:

1. Superior Product Flow Control.

2. Significantly reduced residual waste. With our applicators the residual waste is consistently less than 1 % as compared to the conventional pipettes residual waste of as much as 7 % or compared to kits and other pre-dosed applicators of as much as 15% wasted product. NOTE: if you purchase a "KIT" you can very easily tip over the storage bottle and lose everything. You will also expose the product to the air and possibly your skin every month and you will generally come up short for your last 2 doses.

3.Our enhanced applicator tip  provides for better product application at the skin level  (more of the product gets to the skin rather than stuck to the hair in the treatment area).

4. Our applicators have no sharp edges or corners (like the green pipettes) so your pet's skin will not be scratched or irritated during treatment.

5. Our applicators operate in stealth (silent) mode. There is no snapping sound to alert your pet of the pending treatment as with the pipettes when opening them.

6. Our applicators once opened may be resealed in the event that treatment must be delayed until a later time.

7. Although not recommended some of our customers have had good results with split doses for cats under 6 lbs. and for dogs under 7 lbs. Our graduated applicators can be accurately split between two pets or split and the remainder may be resealed and used the following month. Merial uses the triangular pipettes so that it makes it difficult if not impossible to accurately split a dose.  Merial is in business to make money and have stock holders to answer to and as such wouldn't be very happy if people were getting two doses out of one dose.
