Shipping Information

Expect Fast Delivery!
Our goal is to ship every item by the next business day after we receive your payment so you will usually receive your item within four business days after you pay.  We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) with Delivery Confirmation.  We usually ship books via USPS Media Mail which takes a little longer but it will save you money.  

Only US Shipments

We can ship to PO boxes, but we only ship to addresses with Zip Codes within the United States.

Insurance
Insurance provides coverage for loss or damage during transit.  Our listing will tell whether insurance is required or optional (in either case at the buyer’s expense).  Generally, insurance will be required for more breakable items or shipments valued over $25, and will be optional for durable items in shipments valued less than $25.

Filing an Insurance Claim for a Damaged Shipment
If your shipment is damaged in transit, it is generally easier if you bring the damaged shipment to your own post office and fill in USPS Form PS1000 which can be downloaded at: http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps1000.pdf.  You also need to bring a copy of our invoice to you or your eBay receipt, and a copy of our insurance receipt which we can e-mail you in PDF format.  Please note: these general guidelines supplied by the USPS are subject to change.

Insurance Claims for a Lost Shipment
If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us via e-mail.  We can submit an insurance claim on-line for the loss, or we can e-mail a PDF copy of our insurance receipt and our invoice to you, and you can submit the claim on-line or at your local post office.  As with filing a claim for damage, you will need to supply a filled-in copy of USPS Form PS1000 (available at: http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps1000.pdf), a copy of our invoice or your eBay receipt, and a copy of our insurance receipt.

Please make sure that your package is delivered to a secure location.  If the USPS confirms delivery of our shipment to your address, and your shipment then turns up missing, the USPS considers that a police matter and you will need to contact your local law enforcement officials - the USPS will not honor an insurance claim for loss of shipment in this case.  As above, these are general guidelines supplied by the USPS which are subject to change.
