I do a very unique quilt. It is a tee shirt quilt.  You send me tee shirts and I complete a quilt for you.  It makes a good graduation gift, kids love to take it off to college.  They will be envied by everyone in the dorm.

Also, many other home made items such as gift cards, scarves, purses and even some un finished item that you can do yourself (from cleaning out my craft room).
