I ENJOY GETTING A BARGAIN AND I ENJOY SHARING THAT BARGAIN WITH OTHERS. MOSTLY EVERYTHING I OFFER IS NEW OR NEARLY NEW. I ENJOY EBAYING ALTHOUGH LATELY THERE HAS BEEN SOME ISSUES WITH NEWBIES SO I LIMIT MY SELLING TO THOSE WITH 10 FEEDBACK OR MORE UNLESS EMAILED DIRECTLY BEFORE AUCTION END. I WILL WORK WITH THOSE WHO WANT TO REFUND BUT EACH CASE IS DEALT WITH INDIVIDUALLY. I have posted copy of a square trade corrospondence that shows how mean spirited people behave.

Dear Yvonne G and C P I have received a message from Yvonne G stating that she feels she is not in breach of contract for posting negative feedback the same day she accepted a Settlement Agreement that stated no feedback would be posted to C P 's account. I have explained to Yvonne G that this is a very complicated situation and that agreeing to withdraw the negative she posted may help to resolve it. However, Yvonne G states that she will not allow the negative feedback she posted to be withdrawn even after C P agreed to withdraw the feedback she had left. According to Yvonne G z, that was C P 's mistake, and has no effect on her own decision. I have explained to Yvonne G that this situation does resemble a breach in the legal-binding contract that is the SquareTrade Settlement Agreement. I have also explained that C l P does appear to have the right to contact legal authorities regarding this breach of contract. As you are both aware, the SquareTrade Settlement Agreement is a legally-binding contract that can be upheld in any court of law. Yvonne G is aware that her actions do invite legal investigation of this matter. I am sorry that Yvonne G has chosen not to return the graciousness that C P allowed her when wthdrawing the feedback for her. *C P , you may want to contact eBay directly to see if they will completely remove Yvonne G z' feeback comment from your profile. eBay has a few new policies regarding troublesome buyers, and this situation may be appropriate for it.
