Concept Cellular International, Inc. (CCI) was founded in 1994 as a wholesale distributor of new and refurbished wireless products. Since that time, we have expanded our services to include cell phone repair, cell phone unlocking, software upgrades, phone book transfers and much more. We also have over 15 years of retail experience as authorized agents for both AT&T and Cingular.
