Hi, welcome to ccme_2 auctions. I always want to avoid confusion at my auctions, so if you have any questions, don't make assumptions -- Just ask me first! It's a lot easier than trying to return something later and losing the shipping fees. Make sure to read my terms before bidding. Unless otherwise noted on the auction page, the terms below apply to all my auctions. Thanks!


1. Payment is accepted in the form of PayPal. International bidders may pay using PayPal. Payment must be sent within 48 hours after the auction is done, and you can do this by clicking the "Pay Now" button on the auction page. I will not email you to confirm the total or send an invoice unless it is requested by the buyer because these costs are already listed when you click the "Pay Now" button, and this method is much quicker for both of us. I always ship quickly, so I expect the same treatment when it comes to receiving payment.

2. I accept returns ONLY if I have made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item or sometimes I can take returns if you are willing to reimburse me for my hassles and relisting costs. Otherwise if you simply change your mind about an item, then it wouldn't be fair to waste my time, money, and effort to take it back and relist again. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable unless I have made a major error processing the order. I always pack safely for shipment, but loss or damage during shipment is not my responsibility. Therefore if you worry that it will break, get lost in the mail, or be tampered with during delivery, then be sure to request and pay for insurance on your package. Any issues must be brought up within 48 hours of receiving the item.

3. The S&H price that I quote pays for actual shipping, packaging costs, and my expense to drive to drop off the package. If you don't agree with the shipping cost, then do not bid and complain to me later. NO bargaining on either the final bid price or shipping price. This is not fair to other bidders or to me. International bidders must email for a shipping estimate before bidding and sending payment.

4. Factory sealed and new electronics are now opened and checked prior to shipping, to avoid complaints that an item is missing or defective out of the box. If you worry that something may break during shipment, then request and pay for insurance on your package.

5. Finally, ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. I hate to have someone complain to me after an auction is already done. This should be the buyer's responsibility to ask BEFORE bidding.
