Creating rules my life!   Starting at about age 8, my cousin and I spent many an hour in the 5&10 cent store picking out embroidery projects. As time went by, the point of purchase changed and the projects, but the passion did not change, well perhaps, it did...it grew!  I moved on to needlepoint, crewel embroidery, quilting...and have a room dedicated to my sewing machines, fabric and various supplies. you get the picture. then along came Punch Needle and Rug Hooking.  I am an avid gardener, composter, love to cook, ESL Tutor. I share my home with Duffy, my Yorkie, Filet & Mignon zebra finches, and a 20 yr old peach faced lovebird. we all live in happy harmony!

Finding good tools in the marketplace has been becoming more and more difficult, so I set about to offer them to us in this web store. Niche items, Highest Quality, excellent tools & specialty threads for excellent results.
 
Another passion is attention to detail when it comes to customer needs and service. When I have a transaction with anyone about anything I wish for their attention to detail. It should be implied that the products are of high quality & that I can count on the seller. So, that is what I wish for you.
 
 
 I think shipping charges should be the exact amount charged by the shipper, plus any special envelopes,etc., with no inflated charges. I strive to do just that, along with great care with packing.
