Wholesale Information
When you purchase an item(s) from us, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you use the Checkout Feature provided by Marketworks. Direct links to this checkout feature are provided within the auction of every item that we sell, and, are also provided within the "winning bidder" email that you will receive from us should you win/purchase any item from us. By using this checkout feature, you can be assured that:
- Your order will be processed quickly
- Your payment will be the correct amount
- You will receive any applicable shipping/handling discounts (if multiple items are purchased together)
If you are purchasing multiple items that will be shipped together so as to save on shipping/handling, you do not have to use the checkout feature until you have completed shopping.
Please Note that if you do not use the checkout feature, you may experience severe delays in your order.

Item Description
We offer a detailed item description within each auction. We provide any information that we can find on the outside packaging of each item. This description will normally include track listings, a larger cover photo, quantity of discs, special information, any bonus(es), etc..
Condition Of Merchandise
All merchandise that we sell is New, Sealed, Unplayed, Never-Opened, unless otherwise stated within an item description.
Cut-Outs
We occaisionaly have available Cut-Outs which are clearly noted within an item description. A cutout is normally a manufacturer closeout, overstock item, or different pressing that may have a small cut or mark in the plastic jewel case, or outer packaging differences to distinguish it as a manufacturer closeout. This manufacturer mark does Not affect the product. In certain cases new UPC numbers may be assigned to select cutout items. Cutouts usually allow you to purchase top-quality entertainment at a heavily discounted price.
Imports
Some items that we have available are Import CDs which are clearly noted within an item description. An import is an item that was manufactured in and distributed by a country outside of the one it is being retailed in. Many imports contain special packaging or bonus material not found in a standard/domestic item. It is due to this in addition to occasional limited productions that make many imports collectible.
Limited Editions
Some items that we have available are Limited Editions which are clearly noted within an item description. A limited edition item simply means that the quantity being manufactured is a limited one. In many cases, limited editions become valued collectibles since they are hard to find.

We are a strong believer in the eBay Feedback system. We currently boast approximately 50,000 feedbacks between our combined ebay accounts of doublejmusic, doublejmusic2, and cdrushauctions.
To assure that no feedback goes unanswered, we use an Automated Feedback Return program. This means that all feedbacks that are left for us, are automatically returned, normally within just a few minutes.

All of our customers will receive automatic email notifications from us covering a variety of topics.
Winning Bidder/Buyer Notification
When you win one of our auctions, or purchase an item from us, you will immediately receive this email notice. It will include the total due for your purchase, a link to our checkout feature, and more information that you may need.
Payment Received Notification
You will receive this email notice from us when we receive your payment for the item(s) that won/purchased from us.
Item Shipped Notification
This email notice will be sent to you on the same day that we take your package to the USPS for delivery.
Payment Reminder
Payment reminder email notices are sent to any buyer who has not yet paid for an item(s) after five days has passed since the end of the auction(s) that they won/purchased. A second payment reminder is sent on the tenth (10th) day.
Checkout Reminder
A checkout reminder email is sent to any buyer who has won/purchased any item(s) from us and has not yet used the checkout feature to complete the transaction. This email is normally sent five days after an item(s) is won.

We file a Non Paying Bidder Alert twenty-one (21) days after an item has been won/purchased, and has not been paid for. A Non Paying Bidder Alert is filed for each item that is not paid for at that time. Ebay then sends an email to the buyer stating that payment has not been received for that item(s). This does not affect your status with Ebay.
We then file a Final Value Credit with Ebay for this item(s) ten (10) days after the Non Paying Bidder Alert (31 days from the auction end). When a Final Value Credit is filed with Ebay, it Does affect your status with Ebay.
Please Note... that at that time, the item(s) is sacrificed and we are no longer obligated to complete the transaction or accept your attempted payment.

Misrepresented / Not As Described
In the event that the item you received is misrepresented / not as described within our item description, it can be returned for a Full Refund of the purchase price, the shipping/handling, and the return shipping.
Defective Item
If you have received an item that is defective, it can be returned for a Full Refund of the purchase price, the shipping/handling, and the return shipping.
All Other Returns
Returns for any other reason than those mentioned above MUST BE UNOPENED, and can be returned for the BID/PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. Such returns will not receive a refund of the original shipping/handling fees, nor the cost of returning the item to us.
All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting us at cdrushauctions@aol.com. Please be sure to include a complete description of the problem, the original ebay item number, and your complete information.
