Per eBay Rules & Regulations and per all state, federal and International Law, by bidding on or purchasing our listing you are entering into a legally binding contract.  If you do not intend to honor the terms and conditions, do not bid/purchase from our listings.  If you do decide to bid on/purchase from our listings but do not intend to honor the terms of purchase, by law you are committing willful fraud.

1.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully examine all photos provided in the listing and request additional photos if needed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the listing carefully and make sure they are happy with the item before bidding, Buy It Now or making a Best Offer.

     • A careful eBayer that takes the time to study the photos, reads the entire description, Terms & Conditions, and asks pertinent questions prior to bidding is our best customer.

      • Since we are human, a return will only be considered if we have grossly misrepresented the condition of an item.

2.   PAYMENT: US funds via: PayPal (www.paypal.com). International payments via PayPal ONLY.  PROMPT payment is expected after closing of an auction unless we have agreed in advance to other arrangements (typically 3 days via PayPal, 7 business days otherwise). 

Due to the volume of recent requests for paying with them, we have the following policies: Checks and money orders are not considered payment until our bank notifies us they have cleared and the money is in our account.

Personal/Company checks are NOT accepted. ALL money order/check payments must PHYSICALLY clear our bank (not electronic nor 'courtesy clearing') before we will ship; per our bank, physical clearing takes 4-6 weeks minimum.   

3.   DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Buyer pays actual shipping plus handling fee and insurance.  Shipping includes a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number unless otherwise stated.  Purchases over $250 will require Delivery Signature. 

      The Free Shipping in some of our “Buy It Now” listings is applicable to purchases in the continental United States of America (lower 48) ONLY! Shipping/handling charges MAY apply for Alaska & Hawaii and/or for accepted “Best Offers”.  Insurance is always automatically included.

Please Note: Once an item is shipped/mailed our liability ends. If you have loss and/or damage we will file the claim ourself and refund you after we are paid by the carrier...assuming they agree the fault is theirs and not mis-handling by the recipient. For all those concerned about the high cost of shipping, handling and insurance - PLEASE TAKE NOTE:  PayPal (a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay) takes a cut of all shipping/handling, insurance and related costs. In our case, since our charges to the buyer are already so low (normally about $1.50 for all handling/materials), this pretty routinely puts us in the red for those services on every purchase you make.

4.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer pays actual shipping plus handling fee, including insurance.  All international purchases MUST be insured (Please Note: This often limits shipping methods available).  We do not ship to countries for which we cannot get insurance. Currently the only way to obtain insurance from the USPS for international shipments is to ship Priority Mail International or International Express Mail.

5.   SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Items paid by PayPal will only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address provided to us by PayPal.  No exceptions!

6.   COMMUNICATION: BUYER is expected to make contact within 3 days of the auction’s close. We will normally e-mail or invoice the winning bidder within 24 hours of the auction's close to work out payment and shipping arrangements.

7.   HANDLING TIMING: We expect to be shipping items within 3 days of receipt of payment*. Most items ship within 48 hours.  Due to occasional extenuating circumstances, weekends, holidays and/or travel schedule, delays can happen. In these cases, we appreciate your patience. If there is a delay for any reason, we will email you.

      *Checks and money orders are not considered payment until OUR bank notifies us they have physically cleared and the money is in our account. Items paid by either of those methods will not be shipped until our bank tells us the instrument has physically cleared.

8.   BLOCKED/CANCELLED BIDS: We reserve the right to refuse/cancel sale/s or to cancel/block bids from buyers with zero or negative feedback, or other issues as we deem appropriate to a smooth transaction. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone for any reason.

9.   WARRANTY: Items are sold "as-is" without any warranty implied, expected or otherwise.  We make every effort to detail the condition and/or all damage between descriptions and photographs.  Please see our definitions regarding condition below…regardless of anyone else’s definitions of these words; by bidding on our listings you are agreeing to these definitions.  Also, please be sure to ask questions before bidding on items.  All our items are invisibly security marked.

10.   QUESTIONS: The buyer’s failure to read and understand the written descriptions does not constitute an error on our part. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions (and definitions of terminology if necessary) before they buy.

11.  ELECTRONICS:  All items were in working order when acquired.  Due to limited testing facilities and lack of spare parts for wiring, etc. we are unable to guarantee that items are in working order when they ship. As far as we know the items are STILL in working order when shipped.

12.  NON-PAYMENT:  Unpaid/Late Paid items are subject to interest accrual at the highest rate allowed by law in our state (currently 29%), and collection/legal action/costs/expenses independent of eBay.

13.  LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Payment made after the 7 days noted in the above Terms & Conditions may, at the seller's option, become Liquidated Damages/"compensation to seller" for time lost of a item being removed from listing during a period when it may have sold to another buyer at the same or higher price.

      Time is of the essence. Buyer is responsible to have payment to seller in the time specified above unless other arrangements have been made with seller in writing, usually in advance of bidding/buying. Once seller determines that a late payment has been converted to Liquidated Damages, buyer relinquishes/waives all recourse against the seller, eBay and/or PayPal and or any other payment method involved and relinquishes all claims to the item involved.

14. By bidding on any item, you indicate your full agreement to all the above terms and release us from further responsibility.

DSR - Did you know?  If a seller receives just a few Detailed Seller Ratings of less than 5 stars they will be significantly penalized by eBay? You may think that giving a seller a DSR rating of 4 stars is reasonable but eBay's feedback system treats anything less than 5 as sub-standard and penalizes sellers.  We strive for 5 star ratings.  If you have any problems, or issues it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED if you would contact us prior to posting a less then 5 star rating!   We work very hard to be sure our items are “as described”, we package properly and ship in a timely manner.   We communicate and respond quickly.  If you have any questions PLEASE ASK before completing your Detailed Seller Ratings!   IT’S IMPORTANT!!!!

WE WILL PACKAGE SAFELY, SECURELY AND SHIP IN A TIMELY MANNER.  PLEASE GIVE YOUR PURCHASE TIME TO ARRIVE & BE SURE YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION IS CORRECT!  WHENEVER POSSIBLE WE WILL RECYCLE.
