Welcome to Celestina Marie Designs. I have been decorative painting for over 25 years. Since childhood I have been involved in the arts in some form. A twenty year member of the National Society of Tole and Decorative Painters and 1993 creator of the Heartsville Village Collection, copyright 1993 for Sleepy Hollow Productions and the Briar Patch of Cincinnati, Ohio where the Heartsville Collection began. Born and raised in Michigan, I studied piano for ten years, Creative Arts and Ceramics, Distributive Education at Western Michigan University, and Interior Design at Purdue University. My background is in Marketing, Sales, Display, Retail Management Interior Window Display, Interior Decorating, Decorative painting and teaching beginning folk art painting classes. I also taught art, printing and music at the kindergarten level for Southwest Private Schools in Texas. A true highlight was to decorate for the Home Show Industry working with other artist in Builders Show Homes, as well as being invited to the White House in Washington as a NSDP member, to design and paint ornaments for the Blue Room Christmas Tree 1998 and 2004

As creator of the “New Life Series” (old treasures given a new look) my work can be purchased on eBay and offered auctions. I continue to decorative paint in limited editions from my home studio in Texas. My specialties include, designs in cottage garden style, folk art, floral, shabby chic, Tuscan and Christmas décor. I also introduced my sister line called Celestina Marie Designs in 2002 named after my grandmother, who was a very creative textile artist and gourmet cook. This decorative line includes an expansion of new looks in all my favorite specialties and now known as HC&C Designs and eBay member celestina*marie

It is a real blessing to meet the many special people who love the decorative arts and collect it for their home and garden, office, or gift giving.. This, for me, is a real joy and I hope this comes across in the care taken on ever treasure offered . I have met and made so many wonderful friends and customers that I treasure and appreciate so very much. Your encouragement and valued patronage means more then you know.
