| What is a Frame Tent? A
frame tent is assembled with tubing such as aluminum or steel that
supports the fabric top. The rigid framework allows the tent to be
freestanding. A frame tent will still require some type of anchoring
system, such as rope, ratchets, or cables, to hold it in place. Frame
tents are popular for events that require smaller tents. Frame tents
require no center poles or center supports, giving the optimum amount
of space available. |

| What is a Pole Tent? A
pole tent requires a set of poles arranged beneath the vinyl top
to support the structure. The top is tensioned over the poles and
attached to anchoring devices at tensioning points around the tent
top perimeter. The top is anchored to the surface generally using
stakes. On smaller tents it is also possible to anchor the tents
using weights. Celina Tent offers 2 types of anchoring systems for
pole tops: traditional rope and our ratchet buckle system. |

| Celina Tent Inventory Program Every
tent that is manufactured by Celina Tent has an assigned tracking
number. This number allows us to trace manufacture date, tent style,
material manufacturer, material lot numbers, and the fabricator.
Sidewalls are also assigned an identity code when produced. |

| Celina
Tent is located in rural farming area, next to Grand Lake in Celina,
Ohio. Celina Tent
originated from a hardware store that operated out of 2 locations,
servicing Celina and the surrounding areas. As the years went by,
an inventory of party rental items such as tents, tables, chairs,
linen, lighting, etc. gradually built up, which would come to form
a profitable party rental division. In 1996 the party rental division
was sold, at which time Celina Tent Rental, Inc. was formed. Due
to the growing demand for tent rental in the Celina region, Celina
Tent was requested year after year to provide more tents to more
events. To do this we needed more tent tops and more accessories
to provide to our customers, which we did not have. Like a lot of
tent rental companies, Celina Tent didn have the money to fill
our inventory with expensive, high maintenance equipment that most
of the big tent manufacturers provide to the tent industry. So we
set a simple goal. Our goal was to design and manufacturer tent equipment
that was easy to use, high quality, durable, and above all affordable.
Keeping in mind the simple formula that applies to almost any business:
Small Shop + Small Overhead = Small Costs As a rental company we
designed and manufactured a tent to fit our needs as well as the
needs of our rental customers. Taking full advantage of every benefit
we could, we made a durable, lightweight, long lasting, and ser
friendlytent top. Light weight tents mean, easier and faster set
up, cutting labor costs and also allowing more equipment to be
loaded and transported on a truck. It is our feeling that we cannot
manufacture and improve products, if we don have a ands onuse
or knowledge of how our products perform and withstand the test of
time in an actual rental environment. To ensure an ongoing effort
to improve quality and efficiency of all of Celina Tent products,
the company is operated in 2 divisions: Celina Tent, a manufacturer
and wholesaler, of tent tops and almost every other accessory/product
needed to successfully run a tent rental business. Celina Tent Rental,
a party rental store that rents a variety of products and services
every event from weddings, back yard parties, corporate functions,
fairs, festivals, and more |
