Q. Do you offer pickup?
A. Sorry we do not allow pickup.
Q. Why is shipping so expensive?
USPS rates have increased, it is especially bad on heavier items going cross country. We make use of flat rate boxes / mailers when it can save money.
Just being 1 oz over 1lb usps (rounds it up to 2LB rate going to another zone will increase shipping greatly.
On lighter items (shipped inside the US) we are also offering 1st class mail which is cheaper and still reliable.
Q. Why is Insurance required?
A. Insurance protects against loss and damage in transit, we require insurance for your protection and ours.
Q. Do you offer Parcel post?
A. No. Sadly parcel post is no longer the service it used to be. I had a couple packages take several weeks to arrive, they were shipped fast, but the USPS was really slow, guess who the buyers took it out on? Now with this "star rating" the risk is not worth it.
Q. Will you ship international items by first class?
Sorry we do not ship international first class, it has no tracking, or insurance. It is not covered by the paypal seller protection policy.

Q. NWT? NWOT?
A. NWT and NWOT are acronyms meaning new with tags and new without tags.
Q. Why does this item listed as factory distressed look used? are you sure its new?
A. They come like this new. Distressed = factory damaged, beatup, or worn to various levels, Yes many companies offer clothes made to look anything from lightly broken in to beat to heck. If its distressed I will state it in the auction so there is no surprizes.
Q. Why does the size say 32 but the actual meaurements 34 or 35?
A. Many brands and cuts run differently, some to allow wash shrinkage, some to ride baggy or low. Its always safest to check the measurements before buying rather than solely going by the size.
