To return an item because of authenticity issues, the winning bidder will have to get the Louis Vuitton item authenticated at a Louis Vuitton boutique and provide me with the name of the LV manager who did the verification within 7 days. The item be must returned in the exact condition as it was when shipped out by me and must be accompanied by the untampered serialized security tag (if affixed on that particular item) to prevent fraud.

Unless explicitly stated, there are no other warranties, returns or refunds. On the rare occasion that I agree to a return due to extenuating circumstances (unrelated to authenticity), there will be a non-negotiable restocking fee of 15% of the selling price plus any eBay or Paypal fees incurred.
