Beauty Signature Group would like to take this time to let you know about a issue with certain products we sell.
Due to the demand of the Farouk CHI iron, we feel obligated to let our buyers know there has been substantial returns on these items. There is a serious issue with quality control of Farouk Irons and dryers. GF1001 and most Farouk CHI irons. Some of the Farouk CHI irons are dead on arrival to the buyers home, or they work for a temporary time.
Ceramichotirons4less offers a 90 day warranty against defects, however the 1 year warranty by the mfg is not offered if the units are sold on the internet regardless of who sells it. As our Ebay buyers we need to make sure you understand there could be a problem with a Farouk CHI iron if purchased. If your iron arrives defective we will of course replace it at no charge within the 1st 14 days, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses. After the 14 day replacement period a $35 warranty replacement fee will be charged.
We do however offer other fine products that we have NEVER received a return or complaint on. T3 irons and Dryers have been exceptionally well working products on our sites. FHI PINK also is an exceptional product. Please check these items before making a choice and if you ever need to ask a question you can Ebay message us or call our office MON-FRI 9-6 central time 713-661-7600.
