Item As Described - Please be sure to read our auction descriptions
carefully. We ALWAYS tell you exactly what you will be getting. We
often offer BUY IT NOW bonus items. These are only included if the
Buy It Now option was present and used to purchase the item. Once the
option is gone we no longer offer the bonus items with the auction. As
noted in the first paragraph of our auctions description, the pictures we use
may not always be exactly what you are bidding on. This is especially true of
lots, sets and collections. As many sellers do, we may use stock photos in
the auction. If you find we've made an error or think that there is somethign we can do to improve our ITEM AS DESCRIBED stars please let us know.
Communication - We work very hard to provide great
service and product to our auction winners. We do use a number of
auto-responders to let you know the status of your auction. Please be
advised that a direct reply to one of our notices may trigger the same notice
again. We try to answer all questions expeditiously and we try to keep you
informed of the status of your item. If paying by money order you will
find that you here from us less as many eBay & Paypal functions and features
are tied to email notifications. If you're not sure of something please
review this page as it just may answer a question for you. If you find a
point that we did not cover here, please let us know. We've really tried
hard to cover all the bases here.Please let us know if there is something we can do to improve our communication.
Shipping time - Like most of you, we have day jobs
and responsibilities. We cover our shipping schedule here, on our About Me
page, and do make note that items ship with-in 2 days of payment having
cleared. We also note the shipping method here. Packages shipping
across country may take 14 - 18 days from day of payment to arrive. This
is not a reflection of us but of the shippers. Everything ships as stated
here in a very timely manner. Shipping is a very tough thing to regulate. Once the item leaves our hands we have no control over it. Please keep this in mind when assigning us the Stars for Shipping Time.
Shipping and handling charges - Our shipping and
handling charges are based on the costs of shipping as well as the cost of the
shipping materials and the cost of a packer. WE DO NOT USE scrap paper and
manilla envelopes to ship your collectibles in. Everything is shipped
using high grade shipping materials (mailers, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air
bags, corrugated shippers, chip board protectors) we purchase. With almost 10 years eBay experience
we have found what works best to protect and insure your items are handled with
the least likely possibility of damage. Our shipping charges are well
inline with most online retailers. Of course, we offer shipping upgrades
for those that want extra care. Please consider the materials cost when assiging our STARS for shipping.
So, when it comes time to leave feedback and provide seller ratings we hope
you will find us worthy of both a positive rating and 5 stars in each
category. We make no boasting claims to be the BIGGEST, or the BEST, or
the GREATEST eBay sellers of all time. EBay buying and selling is a
relationship between both parties. We are good at what we do and we do it pretty
well. Hopefully that comes through in our transaction with you.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CESRADJR SALES - CESRADJR represents a collective of people that sell their collectibles
using our services. Our contract with, each person we sell for, prohibits us from sending items to unconfirmed paypal addresses, unverified buyers and does not allow us to participate in any sale that prevents the transaction from being covered by the PAYPAL SELLER PROTECTION POLICY. Our contracts' prohibit this situation from changing regardless of your feedback rating or any other point you wish to make. This is our obligation to the
people we represent. We can accept U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS for immediate
shipment. Note that any OTHER type of money order ships as indicated
below. We cannot accept personal checks nor can we accept wire transfer, or other means of payment. These are the only options available.

*****A NOTE ABOUT MONEY ORDERS! Perhaps you've heard of the money order scams going around. Sellers getting pieces of paper that look like money Orders only to find that they are not money orders or are worthless as they are stolen. It just happened to us recently. If you send a money order that is not a
U.S. POSTAL Money Order your order will not ship for 3 - 4 weeks. Postal Money
Orders we can check right there at the post office. Anything else and you will have to wait. Sorry, but once again, our obligation is to insure the people we represent get paid. So please use a POSTAL MONEY ORDER to insure you get your goods fast!
Correspondence - Due to the volume of emails we receive, we do not send out notification that your
non-paypal payment has arrived or that your item has shipped. Ebay will send you a notice when you win an item as well paypal. Paypal will send you a notice that you have paid for the item. Your item will ship as indicated below.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE - All orders are handled as expeditiously as possible. All transactions ship the Monday or Tuesday after processing the payment. Payments made by Saturday noon make the cutoff for shipping that week, providing the payment has cleared and/or been accepted. All of our mail-order transactions are processed this way, and are double checked to insure that EVERYTHING ships as indicated. Please note that we drop our packages off at the Post Office to be processed. That is not an indication of when the Post Office processes them.
If your item does not arrive within 4 weeks of MAKING PAYMENT please notify us and we will locate the appropriate tracking number.
We do not provide replacement merchandise for items lost or damaged in transit. To receive that kind of protection you need to purchase insurance.
If you are requesting a tracking number, we sometimes do not get our tracking numbers back until after the packages have been dropped off at the post office - occasionally it is longer than that. WE OFTEN USE PAYPAL SHIPPING SERVICES SO YOU CAN GO TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND SEE THE TRACKING NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ITEM. Be sure to check that. When the packages have been processed our tracking numbers, insurance tags, etc., are bulk mailed to us. Please wait a week before requesting tracking information. Be sure to include your name and zip code when requesting tracking info. It will speed up the process
If you are requesting tracking numbers please include the item number, your name, the ebay user ID and the paypal user ID so we can quickly find the info you need.
We do not give out any eBay related information over the phone. Email is always the quickest form of correspondence for us and we can only answer "specific" questions in relation to the buyer of the auction. Please do not ask us to give out info about other buyers or sellers.
PACKING AND CARE - Every package is handled with great care. Individual comics are shipped bagged and boarded, and shipped in a cardboard mailer. Multiple comics ship in a similar fashion and BULK comics ship boxed. We do our best to protect your items but do not guarantee their safe arrival. That is why shippers offer insurance.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING UPGRADE - Most U.S. packages are shipped via the least expensive service for the given package. This can range from media mail, to parcel post, to first class. Each and every package is unique in its shipping properties. We would be happy to upgrade you to the next level of shipping speed (please remember it varies so we cannot tell you what it will be but it will be the next one
up - usually it is Priority Mail) and have provided this option at checkout.

INSURANCE / UPGRADES AND MORE - While we do take great care in packing each and every order, we can not accept responsibility for the package carriers. To insure you get your goods in great condition we suggest you take the insurance option. It may just keep your goods good.
DAMAGES - All damaged packages must be taken immediately to your post office or carrier of origin. Be sure to show them that the package was insured (stamped on the package) and ask them how they would like to handle the claim. We will be happy to forward you all the receipts and slips needed for you to get your money back on your insured package. All damaged transactions will be handled by the carrier.
PROBLEMS: - Be sure to email us with any other problem that you have. We will be happy to address any situation that comes up.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - We are always happy to ship WORLDWIDE. Due to problems inherent with International Sales and the paypal system we may require an international buyer to purchase insurance and or tracking means for their package when using paypal. When we send an international package we cannot mark it as a gift. It is not legal for us to do so - please do not ask.
INSURANCE - If you purchase insurance for your item(s) the amount of the insurance will be for the FULL AMOUNT OF PAYMENT you MAKE. Not just for the amount of the item but for all monies received. This is to insure that you get a refund for the full amount, if there is a problem. Please note that this will affect the amount you may have to pay duties/customs.
We May Require New International Users to pay via other means.
New Non-U.S. users and Ebayers should contact us prior to bidding to work out all details.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please remember that we have no control over your item once it is dropped at the post office. There is no tracking information available nor can the post office initiate a trace until 60 days have passed. If your item has not arrived, it is held up in customs - SOMETHING that is 100% entirely beyond our control. Sorry but there is nothing we can do about this. I do invite ALL international buyers to pay with U.S.CASH (not money order - not bank check - CASH ONLY) within 5 business days in which case I will send your art by carrier pigeon, if you so wish, to save you money but there won't be a tracking number without using Global Express.
