Rules of engagment to Bidders
Here I hope you learn a little about me and how I hope to do buisness with you! I am curtious, respectful & above all -honest about all my items I sell, I have no reason not to be,and I represent everything to the best of my knowledge, if in doubt of any condition,discription,etc, please feel free to write, and if ask, (& when possible) I can send additional pics of items upon request. I list S&H charges with tracking,please review those cost & agree prior to bidding, I will happily handle requested needs, such as insurance, special packing, but these are subject to possible additional cost. I pack & ship all items securely & as safe & sound as possible! I prefer to ship most items USPS priority with tracking, UPS or FedEX whichever is less expensive but is My choice. I ask to have a copy of the e-bay auction info ( from e-bay to seller/winner - print out prefered) sent along with payment in order to insure timely & accurate shipment of your item(s) I will leave positive feedback on all those which are fair, honest & timely. *WARNING*(the ugly business part) - If you have more then 2 negative feedbacks (non paying bidder) in 100 or less then 6 months, you are asked to pay with a money order, if you have more then 3 negative feedbacks (non paying bidder) in less then 100 feedbacks, your bid will be blocked, as I will not be no#4! Failure to communicate / confirm your winning bid by reply to my winner e-mail, will result in less then positive feedback....if you have the time to bid, and win, you have the time to reply w/an e-mail after auction. If you cannot leave feedback, you will not recieve feedback-Period! I request all payments to be Recieved (..not post marked!) within 10 days of auctions close, unless you have arranged differently with me "before" auctions close, After 15 days without payment recieved, your item will be Relisted, Negative/Non Paying Bidder feedback will be issued, E-bay will be notified & you will be blocked from any future bidding on our auction items.All items are sold non returnable/non refundable (unless otherwise arranged) If the item at auction request 1/2 deposit at auctions close (such as whole vehicles, or p/u only items I sell) This must be recieved within 10 days, and is NON-Refundable, should the transaction fail on your account. Here I hope you learn a little more about what I expect/give when purchasing from a seller. I will always have payment ready and mailed within 5 buisness days, normally much sooner, I will as a rule contact seller to confirm the auction and gain any needed info (such as address,etc)and I appreciate a rapid reply and shipment (check holds are not a problem) of my purchase in return, as well as true and honest answers to any questions I may have. I will send auction information along with my payment to help facilitate the order process and I will leave positive feedback for all those that are fair, honest & timely. I expect the seller to leave feedback (good or bad) first and I will return the favor.Thanks!
