We have a team of inspection analysts who open up the merchandise and look over the items. Any product that looks damaged or abused is salvaged or thrown away at our warehouses. All items that ChanceDeals sells on eBay appear to be in good to very good cosmetic condition. Please be advised that the items for sale are consumer returns and there is a chance that the merchandise is defective. Accessories such as remote controls, cables or paperwork MAY OR MAY NOT be included. Our product inspectors attempt to include some detail remarks in the special comments section of the auction listing, but we DO NOT AND WILL NOT plug in or power up the merchandise to verify functionality. We only ship to locations within the 48 US contiguous States What are we selling on ebay? Chance Deals is currently selling everything from electric shavers to 20" flat screen televisions to paint sprayers! As previously stated, we handle returns for many national and international retail chains. So, stop by frequently - you don't know what you'll find but it's almost certain to be priced lower than anywhere else! What is the Condition of the Product We Sell? The condition of our products range from pristine(box opened, never been used) to dead on arrival(DOA). We just don't know because we keep the prices low by not functionally inspecting every item. Chances are, however, that you will get a fully functional product at a great price. As indicated by our predominantly positive feedback rating, you will most likely be very happy with your purchase! FAQ's Product Condition Are all the parts included with this item? The items for sale on ChanceDeals have been briefly looked over for obvious damage and defects. Goods that appear to be abused or excessively worn are thrown away or salvaged at the warehouse. Anything for sale on eBay has passed a visual inspection and appears to be in very good condition. Most of the accessories should be present, however the main unit is not plugged in or tested in any way and accessories such as remotes, cables, straps, batteries and paperwork have not been detail inventoried (unless you see remarks in the special comments section of the auction description to the contray). Why would I want to take a chance on buying something that does not work? Most of our customer's have received great bargains on this site. There is some risk, but the risk is small. Here are some rough averages on ChanceDeals products based on our customer feedback: 5-10% Look Brand New and may be Brand New - we just weren't sure and did not test it. 50% work fine and are in great condition 20% work but show signs of wear and use 15% may need a small repair before they are fully functional Less than 5% are DOA Payment How do I pay for an auction that I have won? The winning bidder receives an email with automatic links to our checkout process. This email is always sent to the email address that is currently on file with your registration at eBay. If a day has passed since the auction that you won has closed, and you have not yet received our winning bid notice, it may have been sent to an old, outdated email account of yours. Payment may be made with Visa, MC, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. I want to pay for this auction with a money order or check. What is the address to mail my payment? We currently only accept Visa, MC, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Do you ship merchandise to Canada, Mexico, Alaska or Hawaii? We only ship product to the 48 mainland United States. Some of our International customers have asked us to ship merchandise to friends or relatives within the US who have then forwarded the packages to them. If this works for you, you can indicate separate billing and shipping addresses during our checkout process. Can you ship merchandise to other Countries or continents such as New Zealand, Germany, or South America, if the buyer is willing to pay actual shipping charges? We only ship product to the 48 mainland United States. We will not make any exceptions and we will not entertain request for air-freight service to other countries. Is next day or second day shipping available? At this time, we only offer UPS ground service, which specifies 3-7 business day delivery time.
