PLEASE READ! The products we sell are for the sole and exclusive use of the end-user (original purchaser or gift recipient). This means that individuals and businesses are permitted to use our products only for the purpose for which they were originally intended.
It is expressly prohibited for anyone to sell, resell, reprint, reproduce, duplicate, copy, derive (in whole or in part) any of copyrighted content (either text or graphics) that has been designed or produced by us.
Doing so is a direct violation of the terms of our license, and is a direct violation of Federal copyright laws.
Ordering Personalized Items...
REMEMBER...Your custom-printed order is not complete until you have provided all the information necessary to personalize your item. If you do not provide the necessary information, then your order will be delayed.
HOW TO PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATION: Please use the "Notes to Seller" area on the PayPal (payment) page to let me know how you want your item to be personalized. (Or, as an alternative, you may also use the "Ask Seller a Question" link located at the top of the listing.)
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF-READING. Please take a moment to carefully review your submission. Look for errors and make special note of things like spelling, punctuation, capitalization, zip-code, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
I cut-and-paste the information you provide, and therefore, your item will be personalized exactly as you type it. It's up to you to make certain that everything is as you want it to appear on your item.
NOTE: I will do my best to correct OBVIOUS mistakes. (For example: If I see that you have typed "New Yrok" instead of "New York" then I'll make the logical correction.) HOWEVER... there are no guarantees that I will catch your mistake, so ultimately, it's your responsibility to double-check the accuracy of your order.
CHECK YOUR "SPAM" FOLDER FOR A MESSAGE FROM ME! If I have any questions or concerns about your order, then I will try to contact you by email. (TIP:You may want to configure your spam-filter to allow email addresses that end with "@FoxtrotPrinting.com".)
I want your order to be perfect, so I will not begin printing your order until you respond. Therefore, to prevent unnecessary delays... it's important that you check your email program's "spam" folder to see if there are any messages from me.
Payment Options
PayPal Accepted. I accept instant payments through your U.S. PayPal account. You use PayPal to pay with a credit card, debit card, or your available on-account funds.
WARNING!! eCheck Payments are VERY SLOW! If you pay by "e-Check", the shipping of your item will be delayed until your payment has cleared.
Please be aware that an "e-Check" payment through PayPal is the same as writing a paper check. Just as with paper checks, it takes 5-10 business days for your e-Check to clear and for your payment to be confirmed. (Five to ten "business days" is the same as 1-2 weeks.)
Even though I am not allowed to refuse e-Check payments, I certainly discourage them because the long delay means that your item cannot be shipped promptly. To be clear... you are permitted to use an "e-Check" to pay for your item, but I politely ask you to please be patient while waiting for your e-Check payment to clear.

I guarantee that you will be delighted with the stickers, labels, and other personalized items that I sell.
If you are not pleased with any item, just return it to me and I will refund the full amount you originally paid, including the original shipping charges.

Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY: The "Satisfaction Guarantee" refund offer is valid for 14 calendar days from shipment date. To avoid any confusion and delays in processing your refund, please contact me prior to returning any item.
Returned items must arrive within 7 days after receiving return-authorization. Refunds will be given for returned items that are in original condition (i.e.: that have no stickers missing, no cards removed, etc.) If your order qualified for a bonus item, then the bonus item must also be returned.
This refund offer does not apply to any item that has been used, or that is damaged, or that has missing parts. This refund offer applies to "stock" items that are not personalized. There are restrictions and limitations on how refunds of personalized items are handled (please see the "Return of Personalized Items" section below for more details.)
Partial refunds are offered if returning fewer unused items than were in your original order. In this instance, your refund will be only for the value of the returned items.
Return Of Personalized Items: If I have made a mistake, or if there is a manufacturing defect in your personalized item, then let me know right away and I will re-print and immediately re-ship your order at no cost to you (or, you may return the item at my expense and I will fully refund your money.)
If you wish to return a personalized item because you made a mistake when ordering (spelling error, wrong color, etc.) or if you wish to return a personalized item for any reasons other than for a manufacturing defect or my printing mistake, then I reserve the right to limit refundson personalized items. In this instance, the maximum refund for personalized items is of items is limited to $25.00 (approximately 4-5 sets).
TIP: When ordering personalized items, please use care to make certain the information you provide is accurate and error-free. If you want to verify the quality and workmanship of my items, then I recommend that you place a small order to inspect make certain that everything meets your expectations.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping Options: The shipping options and services that I offer will vary depending on the item being sold. Usually USPS "Priority Mail" or "First Class" shipping is offered on all items.
Fast Shipping! I will usually ship your package within 24-48 hours. In most cases, if I receive your confirmed payment before 11AM, I will ship the same day. I ship Monday through Saturday (not including holidays).
Domestic (US) Shipping Only. I will ship anywhere within the United States. Sorry, I do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
Bonus Items
Free Bonus Items Terms. Some items that I sell have a "Buy-3-Get-1-Free" offer (or a "Buy-2-Get-1-Fee" offer). This offer applies only to identical items, and cannot be a mix-and-match offer. Specifically, when you purchase the required number of sets of a single item, then you will receive a FREE BONUS set of the same item. The free bonus offer may not be available on all the items I sell, and only applies to items that include the "Free Bonus" banner graphic in the main listing.
Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings
Positive Feedback For You. I will do my best to leave positive feedback for you as soon as your item ships. However, during busy periods, it may take a couple of days before I leave positive feedback for you, so I ask that you please be patient, and rest assured that I haven't forgotten about you, and that I will get to it as soon as I can.
Five-Star DSR's After your item arrives, if you are pleased with your purchase, shipping speed, and customer service, I politely request that you leave positive feedback for me and 100% FIVE-STAR scores.
The DSR star-scores play an important part in my success on eBay. Even though many people consider "4-Stars" to be a good score... eBay considers "4-Stars" to be sub-standard. In fact, anything less than 5-stars actually hurts my business. (ie: higher monthly fees, and lower visibility in eBay search results.)

So... in the unlikely event that something went wrong, or if there's a problem with your purchase...
