As owner of Charlton Coins, I started in the hobby over 25+ years ago, first as a collector, then as a buyer, trader, & seller.  I started selling coins here on E-Bay about two years ago.  I take my responsibiliy as a seller very seriously, and never, ever exaggerate, or over emphasize the condition of any item in order to bolster a selling price.  What I do offer is my 100% honest professional opinion, 25+ years of experience and knowledge, and you are always welcome to ask questions, or request any additional information.

MY GOAL:   

I want customers to come back again, and again.  The KEY to this is Customer Service!  I want everyone who buys from me to WANT to come back. It is extremely important to treat customers properly when everything goes RIGHT, but even more importantly, how to treat them when they don't.  I want to assure you that if there is any aspect of a transaction with me, which is not up to your satisfaction, I will address your concerns immediately and take appropriate measures to correct it.  I only ask that if you buy from me, and are not completely satisfied with all aspects of our transaction, that you contact me first, and allow me the opportunity to address any issue that may arise.  Refunds are always welcome.

I am always 100% honest with my customers.  My ads reflect, as accurately as possible, the coins that I sell.  I think that my feedback accurately reflects my honesty, integrity, and accuracy, as a seller.

I try to make available a very diverse variety of items.  From Wheat pennies to Gold Coins.  I resupply every week or so, and am always listing new items, so checking back often is HIGHLY rewarding!  If you have any special requests for certain items, I will do my best to locate the item and be of service to you.

I list most auctions starting at ONE PENNY.  I never set a reserve.  I feel items will usually sell for what the market will bear.  And mostly people are fair and reasonable.    

 I ship my items out immediately.  The very next mailing day, sometimes even the same day, but never more than 2 days after payment is received.
