  • If you wish to buy more than one item, we will combine shipping on items that can safely be shipped together. Your Winning Bidder Email Invoice will reflect the combined shipping total for items that closed on the same day.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
  If you are not satisfied with the Chef Cook Tools's Items, you can simple return it within five days. Upon receipt of the product you will receive a refund for the product (excluding shipping and transaction fees). These Chef Cook Tools's  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you for refund. (Our policy is to work with you to ensure your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with the items you purchase)
  
Payment Information
  Please pay with PayPal which is our preferance but you can also pay with Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, Money Order or Personal Check. (Please remember that personal checks take from 6 to 10 days to clear bank.) Your Billing Address must be a valid United States Address. Utah residents will be charged state sales tax which is 6.6%. Shipping in Utah will be a lower charge.  
Shipping Information
  Items will be shipped when payment is received. Most items are shipped within two to three business days.They are shipped directly from Chef Cook Tools or  factory depending on product. They are BRAND NEW items! We apply fixed shipping charges. There will be additional charges if items are shipped outside the Continental United States. Please contact us the seller for actual shipping costs outside the Continental United States.

Warranty Information
  We warrant the original purchaser of this product.
