Hello, and thanks for visiting! My name is Cheryl Leabo. I live in the mountains of Southeast Kentucky, not too far from where the picture above was taken. I've been crocheting for over 35 years, and have always loved working with the smallest hooks and threads I can find. I'm left-handed, which gives my work a slightly different look than most crocheted pieces, and also makes it a lot of fun trying to take a regular pattern and work "backwards" from it. Because of this, I like to create my own designs.
A few years ago I fell in love with the miniature bears I'd seen here on Ebay, and decided to try to make one myself. Well, I've fallen completely in love with these little guys! I love watching their personalities emerge as their faces are made, then listening as they whisper in my ear to tell me who they are.
