My answers to your FAQ's:

Q. Are you an Angel company and what is your copyright policy?
A. Yes, I'm an Angel company and all my images are designed or edited by Marina Lenzino for Cherry Pie Art Stamps, LLC. Our policy is that you are allowed to use my stamps for creating items for the sale as long as:
* each item is hand stamped (no mass production and no mechanical printing of any kind is allowed).
* each item for sale must give credit to Cherry Pie Art Stamps on the back of the creation

Q. Do you ship to the UK, Canada....... and how much is the shipping fee?
A. I ship WORLDWIDE. If you are on Planet Earth, I can ship it to you.
International fees start at $3.20 (handling included) for one unmounted stamp plus 50 cents each additional stamp. At $13.50 you can get about any quantity of unmounted stamps and up to 16 plates! If you are buying other items as acrylic blocks, magazines and Diamond Glaze, please ask me to combine the shipping fee for you and I will do my best to get you the lowest rate.

Q. How much is the shipping fee within the US?
A. I give two shipping options:
*First class with delivery confirmation: unmounted stamps start at $2.20 (S&H) + 50 cents for the second stamp and 25c each additional stamp. If you order more than 4-5 stamps I suggest that you contact me for further discount.
*Priority mail with delivery confirmation starts at $5.80 + 50c for the second stamp and 25c each additional item. Again, in most cases I can stuff up a mailer and give you extra discount. Ask me to combine shipping for you! If you are buying other items such as acrylic blocks, magazines, Stampbord or other occasional heavier items I may sell, ask me to calculate your exact fee based on your ZIP code.

Q. Do you combine shipment with items bought on eBay and your website?
A. I sure do. You can either buy from eBay and email me a list of the extras you want (those you don't see on eBay) or you can check out on my website then go to eBay, make your purchases and ask me to combine this shipping fee with the previous order.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. I take Paypal as the (VERY) preferred method. Remember you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay by Paypal and any credit card will work! Please note: I no longer accept credit cards outside Paypal, but I will take a Money Order if you really-really can't use Paypal.
No phone orders.

Q. Can you mount my stamps?
A. I normally don't mount stamps on wood, but I sell acrylic blocks and I offer cushioning service at just $1.00 each stamp (or $10 for a full plate). I can also help you match the right size of acrylic block. Lately I added a few wood mounts for sale too. I don't have all sizes though so please check for availability in the MOUNTING SUPPLIES category.

Q. Do you have a paper catalog?
A. No, sorry. At this time I have no paper catalog, but my website is quick and easy to browse. Go to www.cherrypieartstamps.com, click on the "shopping online" button and you will see the list of content. I combine shipping of eBay purchases with website orders.

Q. Do you have a newsletter?
A. Yes I do and you can sign up by writing and asking me to sign you up. I don't write very often though!!
I also have a Yahoo group where I share the news almost daily and where I organize swaps and give special offers first hand.

Q.Who are you?
A. My name is Marina and I am originally from Italy. I started Cherry Pie out of Italy in 1991 and I relocated to Florida (Tampa Bay) in 2001. I am the designer and manufacturer of this line of stamps and I press the rubber too! I use premium quality red rubber. All my products are Made in the USA.
