Payment information:
We have set most of our listings to require immediate payment in order to place a bid. Because, unfortunately, there are simply too many irresponsible bidders that do not honor their biddings. We are not able to cancel any bid for BUY IT NOW listings (eBay prevents us from doing it). We are charged for fees even if the transaction fails. If buyers wish to send in the money order, please write us. We will open a listing for the same item to allow the bidding accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, this is the only way we can reduce high costs from the incomplete transactions. We thank you for understanding.
If Paypal is chosen to be the payment method, shipment can be done only to a Paypal confirmed address. If your address is confirmed, but you prefer to be shipped to your work place or other addresses, please have your preferred shipping address confirmed with Paypal. No exception, regardless of the amount of the transaction!!! A full refund is issued immediately if an unconfirmed address is provided. We will be appreciative that buyers confirm shipping addresses prior to the bidding. Our paypal account no longer accepts a payment with unconfirmed address. With a few unhappy shipping experiences, we have been complying 100% this shipping policy. Our products are expensive and we do require to receive insurance from Paypal when we ship our merchandises.
When shipping to an unconfirmed address is necessary, a US postal money order will be gladly accepted. Please keep a copy and the record of the money order prior to the sending. Buyers presume the responsibility of sending it via a secured method. We will not be responsible if the money order is lost or stolen.
Please~ We no longer accept Bank cashier check (Bank money order) or personal checks. Postal money orders only!! As April 5th 2006, we will return all the Bank cashier check (bank money order) if our request for a US postal money order is ignored. The bank check will be sent back to the sender via regular mail without any confirmation number or tracking information. we will not be responsible if the returned bank check is stolen or lost during the process.
Return & exchange:
100% Money back if product is not authentic or it is our error. We purchase all the items ourself from authorized dealers and keep all the receipts in case of a dispute. We guarantee all products are authentic. We are willing to provide the copies of the document to Paypal and to the court if necessary. Please~ No exchange and no returns!!! In order to keep our prices low and remain price competitive, we can't accept any returns. Packages that are sent back without communicating with us will be refused. We can't accept a returned product without discussing with our customers.

Product information:
We can't state enough we sell only authentic products of any brands. We personally bought all the items, and keep all the receipts in case of a dispute. All the products are guaranteed their authenticity.
Please refer to the item page for information regarding the accessories that are included with the product, such as dust bags, registration cards, etc. Most Coach bags do not include a dust bag. Coach dust bags can be purchased at additional fee if needed.
If you are extremely sensitive about an item's quality, please ask all the questions before placing a bid. Some natural leather has more pronounced leather marks. Vachetta leather has variances in color (a bit white line or some blackness). Those should be not considered as product flaws. LeSportsac handbags sometimes has some shreds of fabric inside. We always list all the tiny flaws that are visible on a product to avoid unpleasant transactions. Please be kindly not to put an item under microscope in the case of returns.
International buyers:
Most of our listings require an immediate payment which makes international buyers not be able to place a bid. Please email us first regarding the shipment fee. Setting will be changed so international buyers can submit a bid accordingly. We ship to most countries, however, with a few exceptions. Authentic products are expensive and our profit is way less than shipping and handling. We do need to put a buyer's feedback score into consideration before we can decide if we can ship our merchandises to an international buyer. We will mostly not ship to an international buyer who chooses to hide their feedback score or an international customer who has less than 10 in their feedback score.
We do not ship Priority International or any unsecure shipping method for an order that is more than US$65!!! International shipping are available via Express or Air parcel with insurance. If you wish to have an item shipped via Priority International, only money orders can be accepted as payment method. The clearance for international money order is 10 business days. International buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges incurred during the shipping of the order.
Gift wrapping service:
We no longer provide Coach gift boxes for customers. Since May 14th, 2007, USPS changed the shipping rules. Shipping boxes that are larger than 1 cube feet are considered as oversized. The minimum added shipping postage for any Coach handbag gift box would be additional $10~15 due to the oversized package shipping. Customers often request for free ship of Coach gift boxes after making payment, which delays the shipment. In order to avoid the dispute over gift box shipping charge, we do not offer any gift boxes for any purchases!! We apologize for the inconvenience. But we believe we can better serve the general public with our decision and facilitate our shipping process. |
