NEWS: As of September 1st, 2008 we are no longer shipping any items overseas (that includes Canada). The reason for this is we have no way to add tracking to packages and paypal does not allow reciept as proof of mailing when buyers file a claim. So to protect ourselves we are discontinuning this service. We are very sorry. Any purchases made previous to this date have been mailed.
Shipping: We try to offer low shipping prices-we ship United States Postal Service and DHL. We will ship light items via First Class mail. All other items will be mailed Priority mail. Tracking is Free. Insurance can be added to your purchase. Please email me prior to purchasing. All glass breakable items have insurance included in the shipping quote.Large and heavy items are mailed DHL. We try to ship within 3 days of win. We DO NOT ship on Saturday's or Sunday's or on Holiday's. If an item arrives to you broken and the package had insurance-IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE THE POSTAL CLAIM, NOT MINE. IF YOU LEAVE ME NEGITIVE FEEDBACK FOR A POSTAL ERROR YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE BLOCKED BUYER LIST. I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAL SYSTEM NOT GETTING YOUR PACKGE TO YOU WHEN I USE TRACKING.
Returns: All sales are final! We offer many pictures and great descriptions. If you do not ask a question I cannot help you. We do not claim to be experts in any area of antiques or vintage items. WE describe what we see or are told about items. If is unaccurate or if you question something may be diffrent than what I have described you must contact me.
If I agree to take a refund for some reason. You must pay all shipping charges to return and purchase tracking. I do NOT refund any shipping cost only the cost of the original purchase. The item/items MUST arrive back to me in the same condition as I sent them. If they arrived distroyed, missing items or broken you do not get a refund! If you do not agree to any of these policies than DO NOT BID ON MY ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After selling on Ebay for over 12 years I have been scammed everyway possible and I am tired of it!!!!!!!!!!!
Payment: We only accept paypal as our form of payment. We accept transfer funds, credit cards and e-checks. Payment is DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF YOU DO NOT PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS i WILL CANCEL THE SALE. If you need more time please contact us-we will work with you.
Non-paying Bidders: We do file claims for non-payment to recover our fee's. Under Ebay's new policy if you get three of these you will no longer be able to buy on Ebay. Please keep this in mind when bidding. If you cannot pay we ask that you not even bother to bid. It saves both of us many hassels.
