i was first introduced to the world of comic books when i was in the 4th grade; i was 9 years old.  My very first comic book that i read was the Fantastic Four.  At the time, The Human Torch was my favorite superhero because i thought that he had the coolest superpowers.  After all, what 9-year old boy did not wish that he could "flame on" and fly like the Torch, huh?  Since then, not much have changed.  Today i am still reading and collecting comic books.  During the past 20 years, i saw my collection grow from 1 to over 10,000 comic books!  Many of which are now worth quite a few buck$.  With that being said, this is where eBay comes into play.  i have been an eBay member since February of 1999.  Like many eBayers in the beginning, i started out as a Buyer searching for bargains and looking for deals.  Then, in March of 2005, i decided to open up my own eBay store.  From that point on, the rest as they say is history.  Although i enjoy reading and collecting comic books, i love watching movies too.  i am a huge movie buff!  i have been collecting DVDs since April of 1997 and have been collecting LaserDiscs (LDs) since January of 1998.  To date, i own over 1,350 DVDs and over 750 LDs.  Of course, most recently i started buying and collecting Blu-ray Discs, how could i not, right? (LOL)  in addition to my passion for reading comics books and watching movies, i am also a sports fanatic!  i have accumulated a vast collection of sports memorabilia over the years.  My sports collection consists of, but not limited to, the following: SLUs, Salvino/Gartlan/Danbury sports figurines, baseball/basketball/football/hockey cards, autographed photos and lithographs.

About my grading, i grade based on The Official Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide.  i pride myself on my grading accuracy.  Since grading is subjective, i know firsthand how disappointing and frustrating it is as a Buyer and collector to receive a comic book that is lower than the advertised grade.  in some cases, i have received comics from Sellers that were grossly over-graded.  Nonetheless, you can rest assured that my grading is on point!  Not many Sellers can back that up with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!  Please refer to my "Return Policy" for more details.  Also, please read and review my Feedback Profile to see what Buyers have to say about my grading accuracy.

The most common question that i receive from many Buyers is: "How come this comic isn't CGC graded?"  Well, the answer is quite simple: i am a very good procrastinator!  Eventually, i will have 'em graded when i come around to it.  Whether my items sell or not is not a priority for me.  To me, eBay is just a FUN hobby.  That being said, i do not rely on it to pay the bills.  Like many hard working Americans, i have a full-time job that keeps me quite busy working 5 days, 50+ hours a week.
