Payment Information

We accept PayPal or money order/cashier's check only. We do not accept personal checks.

Payments should be received within 3 days of your last auction completing. Unpaid items filed after 7-days.

Shipping & Handling Information

Shipping insurance is optional and available for $5.00. Insurance covers not only damage to items but also for lost packages. Without insurance, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once it has been handed to the carrier. If insurance is purchased, we can reship lost packages immediately and will process the insurance claim on your behalf. A package is considered lost if delivery confirmation does not show the item as being delivered within 14 days of shipping. Insurance does not cover packages that are returned and marked as undeliverable.

All in-stock items are shipped within 24-72 hours (3 business days) of payment clearing. At the time of listing, all items are in stock. You may cancel any out of stock item and receive a refund for that item only.

To prevent shipping delays, please provide a valid mailing address with your order. We NOT will ship to PO BOXes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping labels are printed with your address as you have provided. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, please include that as a note with your payment (Also, please confirm with me before bidding if your shipping to an alternate address other then the confirm paypal address. If a package is undeliverable by the carrier, we can reship the item. An additional S&H fee is required to reship the package.

Delivery confirmation is included with all shipments where available. Delivery confirmation from carriers is our proof that we shipped your item and provides the final word on whether an item is delivered or not delivered. If Delivery Confirmation confirms a package is not delivered within 14 days of the item being shipped and the package was insured, we will ship a replacement package upon notification by the buyer. We are not responsible for uninsured packages though we'll do our best to help our customers out (e-mail us for assistance). If Delivery Confirmation confirms a package has been delivered and buyer has not received the package, it is the buyers responsibility to contact USPS and file for an investigation. If tracking is not available for your shipment (i.e. international packages), we are not responsible for lost packages. Tracking information is available for all US addresses within the 50 states and US territories. Delivery confirmation is not available for international shipments.

We strive to provide the best service for your customers. The feedback system is one of the most honorable rating systems that shows buyers to trust or not to trust the seller. Because of this reason feedback is really important to us.

Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback. We reserve the right to discontinue additional service to any customer who has left us negative feedback without writing to us first.

To be fair we let buyers leave feedback first. Once we see your feedback left for us we will then leave a feedback for you. Please be courteous while leaving a feedback as sometimes some feedbacks may hurt a sellers status in the future.

We do our best to answer all e-mails within 72 hours of receiving the e-mail. Please do not expect a 24 hour response due to the volume of e-mail questions we receive. Please do not send multiple e-mails about the same question within 72 hours as that will delay our response to everyone's e-mail.

If you have e-mailed us and have not received a response, please do one of the following:

1. Please make sure your e-mail registered on e-bay is valid and is working.
2. Please check to make sure our e-mail was not inadvertantly directed to your SPAM or BULK folder
3. We may not have received your e-mail for one reason or another. Please resend your e-mail after 72 or request seller information to contact us by phone.

We do not answer e-mails on Saturday or Sundays.
