WELCOME

Thank you for stopping by.  We are the Hellers (chips_n_cats) (cmrheller@aol.com).  We are a family of three with Mitch being an avid casino chip collector.  By trade he is in sales.  I am a teacher by profession, and collect cat figurines, collectibles, and all things cat!  I have been collecting for many years and have a very nice and interesting collection of both teeny and large items.  We have one cat (a Devon Rex) black and white cat named Princess who will be 10 this July.  Our pride and joy is our 12 1/2 year old son, Ryan.  He has just completed 6th grade and will be moving onto 7th grade next year. 

Our policy regarding feedback has worked well for us - we post feedback after the transaction has ended, and feedback has been posted for us first.   We also pride ourselves in being able to send our merchandise off in a very speedy manner and wouldn't sell anything we wouldn't personally want to own ourselves!  Many of the items we sell come from our personal collection or household.  Some of the "goodies" we find in estate sales that are just too good to pass up!  Most of the time we simply don't have the space to keep everything we have and find!!!  That's the beauty of eBay.

With regards to our shipping & handling policy - we do add a small handling fee to the cost so the shipping/handling is not just actual postage.  Handling fees include, but are not limited to, ebay fees, paypal fees, time, printing, packaging, plus the actual postage.  We try to be very fair where shipping & handling is concerned.

We began with ebay by buying Thomas the Tank Engine toys for Ryan back in 2000, and have been hooked on Ebay ever since.  About a year later, we ventured into the selling aspect of Ebay - now we do both!  We take pride in our 100% positive feedback, and take customer satisfaction  and our feedback very seriously.  Please don't leave negative or neutral feedback without first communicating issues with us and allowing us to rectify any problems or concerns you might have with any transaction.  That way we can resolve the problem first.
