Hopefully these FAQs will answer most or all of your question as we have tried to answer all the possible questions that a bidder might have regarding our auctions and the follow up process. We have been doing business on eBay since 1998 and judging by our feedback profile with less than 1% complaint rate we have tried to do our best for our customers. Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: There are a number of different payment methods available and they are listed below. Please note that the easiest way for you to pay for your item is by simply choosing option number 1 below and following the instructions. You will have the option of using a credit card or PayPal or pay by a money order with that option. 1. Pay for your auction winnings here by using our secure check-out form. 2. PayPal: Payment can be sent by PayPal to ebay@chipsandgames.com. Please make sure to read our PayPal payment acceptance guidelines first before sending payment. 3. VISA/MC, Discover, AMEX: You may enter your credit card information securely on our checkout form. Please note that we reserve the right to deny credit card payments based on bidder feedback, location and/or purchase price so please review our credit card acceptance guidelines first. 4. Toll-Free number (Auction winners only): You may call us toll-free at 1-800-SWAPUSA (792-7872) to pay for your ebay items. Please have the item number ready before you call. Please note that this number is for taking credit card orders ONLY and we will not answer auction related questions over the phone. If you have any questions about our auctions or your bid then please email us. 5. Money Orders: You may pay for your auction by sending a money order to the address below. Q: How long do I have before payment is due? A: Payment is to be received 7 days after the auction ends.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card? Q: Will you accept a credit card payment from me? A: Our credit card acceptance guidelines are as follows: 1. Domestic credit card purchases that are for high amounts and/or from bidders with un-satisfactory feedback can only be sent to the billing address on file with the issuing credit card company. 2. International credit card orders will be processed on a per order basis based on the buyers feedback, location and the purchase amount.
Q: Will you accept a PayPal payment from me? A: Our PayPal acceptance guidelines are as follows: 1. Domestic PayPal payments are accepted from buyers but if the purchase amount is high and/or your ebay feedback rating is un-satisfactory then we may only ship the items to a confirmed PayPal address. 2. International bidders may also use PayPal to pay for their items but we reserve the right to reject payments if the amount is high and/or the bidder has an un-satisfactory ebay feedback rating. PayPal payment from countries that are considered a credit card fraud risk are rejected.
Q: Can I pay for multiple auctions at the same time? A: Yes you can. Simple go to the following link and fill out our checkout form which will give you the total amount due for all the auctions won and then you have the option to pay directly from that point or use a different payment method. Please note that our site needs at least 1 hour after the auction is over to update its database so that it can find your order. Find out how much you owe for all your winnings by Clicking Here. Please keep in mind that we have to receive payment for all the auctions won no later than 1 hour apart if you want to take advantage of the combined shipping price.

Q: What is the shipping cost for my item? A: Domestic buyers, buyers from Canada, Europe and South America may refer to the shipping section of the auction item page for shipping prices as those prices are already listed. All other destinations may Email us for a shipping price. Please email us the item number as well as your location.
A: All items that are paid for are shipped within 24 business hours.
Q: What is the status of my shipment? A: Once we receive payment for an item an order form is created within 24 business hours. Once the order form has been created you can check the status of your order by using you ebay registered email address and the ebay item number or the SwapUSA order number in the form below: Enter the Auction item number or the SwapUSA order number
A: We use the following shipping methods: · USPS Media Mail: All domestic items with a shipping rate of $3.50 or lower will be shipped by USPS Media Mail which has an estimated delivery time of 5 to 21 day days. This includes items that have free shipping. · FedEx Ground: Items that do not fall into the Media Mail shipping category are shipped by FedEx ground to the 48 lower states and USPS Priority mail to other domestic destinations. This includes US territories. · USPS Airmail: All international orders will be shipped by USPS Airmail.
Q: Is there a tracking number for my shipment? A: All items shipped by FedEx have a tracking number which will be emailed to the receiver automatically from FedEx after the item has been shipped. We do not provide tracking for items that are not shipped by FedEx.
Q: Can I have multiple items won shipped together? Q: Is there a combined shipping rate for multiple auctions won? A: Yes you can. Simply go the link given below at least 1 hour after the auctions are over and follow the instructions to get a combined shipping total. All auctions have two shipping prices listed. The first price listed is the shipping rate for that auction and the second rate listed is the combined rate if that item is being shipped with another rate. If you have won multiple auctions then you pay the highest base price from all of the auctions and then the combined price from the remaining auctions. Get a combined shipping total
Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive? A: That really depends on your location and the delivery method used. Below are some examples for items shipped by the different methods: · USPS Media Mail: 5 to 21 days · FedEx Ground: 1 to 14 days · USPS Priority mail: 2 to 5 day · Canada: 4 to 14 days · Western Europe: 4 to 14 days · Australia: 10 to 20 days

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance? A: Shipping is additional and it is for the buyer to request it. Please refer to the auction item page for insurance quotes. Q: What is your response time to emails? A: All emails are replied to within 24 business hours.
Q: What if I cannot pay for an item? A: In case a bidder does not pay for an item we will file a non-paying bidder warning followed by a Request-Final-Value-Fee-Credit with ebay. eBay and our auction hosting company charge us for each auction and we have to file those reports to get a refund from ebay for part of the charges.
