Recently I opened my ebay store, ShopGoneWild. I'll be adding many more spectacular items for sale, both Buy-It-Now and for auction. I'll be bringing out some of the most eye-popping, mind boggling, beautiful dinosaur gembone specimens ever to come to eBay. Along with these outstanding museum pieces there will be quality Agate and gem-stones, amazing rare fossils, fantastic cut gemstones, rough high grade cutting material of every kind, as well as the finest grade Silicate Chrysocolla, a NEW DISCOVERY out of Baja Mexico. I (chipqueezle) was the first to introduce the Tom Helfrich Collection, author of "American Dinosaur, The Vanishing of Gembone".

I do not have a rock shop. In MY STORE at ShopGoneWild and at my auctions, I offer gembone pieces that are very rare and unique, not only because they are the finest gembone, but because they are from the very finest private collection. MY purpose is not to wholesale an extraordinary collection, but to simply provide access to a small portion of a collection by offering selected pieces for sale to other avid collectors and gembone enthusiasts for their enjoyment, most of whom would otherwise never have this opportunity.

My husband has joined me in ebay and together we are offering seedling and blooming size orchids for sale. Our background in orchids has covered more than 40 years. For over 25 years my husband owned and operated commercial orchid greenhouses. Orchids have been a life long passion. We have spent many years in South America collecting and studying rare species of Peruvian orchids. Our wild collection consists of over 300 plants, many new and un-known varities. (please click My Orchid Collection below to see photos) Since returning to the USA we decided to start up a new collection, this time with Paphiopedilum and Phragmipedium species, including the very popular Phragmipedium kovechii. We offer flowering size plants of varities of Paph and Phrag on ebay. Since we don't have a greenhouse and our space is extremely limited, we enjoy growing seedlings from flasks and also offering previously flowered plants at auction. Orchid hybrids have changed considerably since the 70's and 80's when we grew and propagated them commercially. Today we find so many outstanding shapes and sizes. For us its like finding a treasure chest and we want to reach in and take it all!!! FYI: Our previously bloomed orchids are not rejects or lesser quality plants, they are proven high quality selections. Some folks fear that plants which have flowered once must be available because the bloom has failed some sort of test or criteria....this might be true of some offerings by other people, but not with ours. We offer very fine plants, individually selected. We are no longer in the commercial orchid trade, however, we continue to be amazed at, and filled with admiration for, this truly unique and aw-inspiring plant.
