You can check to see if you placed a bid by logging into y ebayand checking the bidding tab. If you placed a bid you will see it under the tems I bidding on

I accidentally purchased more items than I expected. What do I do?
Please go to  indicating the quantity you accidentally purchased and the item number. We update our sales every month and will take care of it during that time.

How much is the postage?

Do you combine Shipping & Handle?
Due to large volume of mailing, we don't accept combine Shipping & Handling. However, we may give discount on Shipping. You will see them in the invoice.

For Europe: We don't ship to East Europe Countries and Belgium.

For Asia:  We don't ship to Indonesia.

Can I retract or cancel my bid?
A bid may be retracted (cancelled) by the buyer in some cases, if it meets the requirements of eBay Bid Retraction policy. Note: There is no equivalent for bid retraction in Buy It Now listings. Did you get my paypal payment?
If you log into your paypal account and click on the istorytab you can see all your previous payments. If you do not see us then you did not pay.

Did you get my credit card payment?
After you successfully submitted your credit card payment, you will see a confirmation page after you click on the submit button. Your payment will process within 2 business days  (excluding weekends/holidays)

What do I need to include in the payment I mail?
When mailing a payment please make sure that the item number is clearly written as well as the shipping address you wish the item to be shipped to. If we can't read, we may delay to ship out which we don't want this to happen.

When will my credit card be charged?
After you successfully submitted your credit card payment. Your payment will process within 2 business days  (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive an email notification from us about the status of the payment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only need to pay tax when you buy the item and ship to US(NJ) area. It is 6% taxes.

When will you ship my product?
All packages are shipped after 24 hrs of receiving payment (excluding weekends/holidays), but no later than 96 hours. The reason for this delay is allowing buyer to make any correction on the shipping address.  An email is also sent confirming your shipment. If you did not receive one please check your junk folder or change your SPAM settings.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
The estimated time of arrivals from US(NY&NJ) are as followed:

East Coast: 1-4 business days
Mid West: 3-5 business days
West Coast: 4-8 business days
Outside US: Global Priority: 7-10 business days to UK or Australia region
Outside US: Air Mail by register post: 7 - 21 business days to Italy or Canada region

Was my order actually shipped out when I received my confirmation email?
If you received the confirmation email then that means your item has been packaged and is awaiting for the pick up mail truck. If your package was not shipped you will be notified within 48hrs about the delay and reason.

Can I have the tracking number?
Tracking numbers for USPS shipments are used solely for confirming delivery. We normally do not give out tracking numbers unless it has been over 7 days from shipment. International packages DO NOT have tracking numbers if sent by Global Priority. We will email out the tracking number for register post . They have customs numbers that are tracked through custom stations.

Why don't you offer tracking numbers before 7 days?
99% of people want tracking numbers so that they know when they will receive their item. The info given above gives an estimated time of arrival. USPS does not give estimated arrivals like Fedex, UPS does therefore you may never see a package in transit. Hence why the site always is the same until the package is delivered.

What if I do not receive my package after waiting some date you email us to wait?

I entered the USPS tracking number you gave me and it says "Your item was accepted at X:XX  on Month Day, Year in HOLMDEL, NJ 07733. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. " Has my package been shipped!?
If you received the confirmation email your package was shipped. If you didn't receive a confirmation then check your spam/junk folders next. IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS NOT SHIPPED YOU WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48HRS FROM PAYMENT. USPS numbers are for CONFIRMING DELIVERY. They are not used to track each package to each location they are scanned therefore you will see that same message up until the point of delivery.

I have the tracking number, and it has been X days since it was shipped and I still do not have it. Will you check with the post office for the status?
The tracking information you see online is the SAME that the post office and I can see. There is nothing that I or the post office can do about your package if it is delayed in another city. Only after 14 days will I be able to contact the post office to issue a trace for domestic shipping.


What can you do if my package does not arrive during the period you estimated?
I can issue a trace from the Post Office has been 14 BUSINESS days from the original date of shipment for domestic package. We will able to trace from the Post office that has been more than 30 BUSINESS days from the original date of shipment for international package. Before that time I cannot do anything due to the postal laws.

When are you going to leave feedback for me?
Due to large volume of sales, we will leave feedback once a month. If you left me positive feedback, our eBay system will automatic leave you feedback.

I have not received any emails or replies from you!!!
Please change your SPAM filters or check your junk mailbox. We answer all emails and if you are not getting any emails (especially AOL, Hotmail users) then you have a spam control that is blocking our server. Please try using a different email address if one is not working.

What is your return policy?
All sales are considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Warranty provided by manufacturer.

Manufacturer Only Returns for defective item. Due to manufacturer's policies, all our sold on eBay (Refer Direct) may only be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Are You Receiving Email From Us?
If you have tried to email us in the past but you're not receiving a response from us, it's possible our email replies are being blocked by your browser settings or by your internet service provider. This sometimes happens to commercial email even when it's legitimate, like email from our customer support department or automatic order status notification emails. If you think this is happening to you, consult the help section of your email program and see how to relax or open up the settings that filter or block email that you receive.
