Can I retract or cancel my bid?
A bid may be retracted (cancelled) by the buyer in some cases, if it meets the requirements of
eBay Bid Retraction policy. Note: There is no equivalent for bid retraction in Buy It Now listings. Once you've confirmed your purchase, you are obligated to pay the seller.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only need to pay tax when you buy the item and ship to US(NJ) area. It is 6%
taxes.
When will you ship my product?
All packages are shipped after 24 hrs of receiving payment (excluding
weekends/holidays), but no later than 96 hours. The reason for this delay is
allowing buyer to make any correction on the shipping address. An email is
also sent confirming your shipment. If you did not receive one please check your
junk folder or change your SPAM settings.
Can I have the tracking number?
Tracking numbers for USPS shipments are used solely for confirming delivery.
We normally do not give out tracking numbers unless it has been over 7 days from
shipment. International packages DO NOT have tracking numbers if sent by Global
Priority. We will email out the tracking number for register post . They have
customs numbers that are tracked through custom stations.
I entered the USPS tracking number you gave me and it says
"Your item
was accepted at X:XX on Month Day, Year in HOLMDEL, NJ 07733. Information,
if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
" Has my package been shipped!?
If you received the confirmation email your package was shipped. If you
didn't receive a confirmation then check your spam/junk folders next. IF YOUR
PACKAGE WAS NOT SHIPPED YOU WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48HRS FROM PAYMENT. USPS
numbers are for CONFIRMING DELIVERY. They are not used to track each package to
each location they are scanned therefore you will see that same message up until
the point of delivery.
I received my product but I can get it to work. Please fill out the form in this URL and choose the
Other tab and our Customer Service Manager will follow up with your case
with the item you purchased, and specific problems/questions that you are having

What is your return policy? All sales are considered final, and no refunds

Are You Receiving Email From Us?

receiving a response from us, it's possible our email replies
are being blocked by your browser settings or by your internet
service provider. This sometimes happens to commercial email
even when it's legitimate, like email from our customer support
department or automatic order status notification emails. If you
think this is happening to you, consult the help section of your
email program and see how to relax or open up the settings that
filter or block email that you receive. Or contact your internet
service provider for advice on loosening your email filter
settings. Once you've done that, email us again and we'll gladly
answer your question again.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
