When asked what the Harley experience is all about, dealer George Tragos sums it up in a few simple words, "It's about having fun and creating adventure." With that in mind, Tragos has created a dealership environment that invites people in to experience all that Chi-Town has to offer - namely good times, great people, and quality products.

 "Everyone leads busy lives these days," says Tragos, "and it's our mission to provide customers with the products and services they need and want to be a part of the experience."
In support of that mission, Tragos made the leap in 2001 from a modest store in Homewood, Illinois to the new 39,000 square foot full sales and service facility known as Chi-Town Harley-Davidson® in Tinley Park, Illinois. Best described as "where city meets country," the new location is uniquely positioned to serve both urban and rural customers.

 The facility provides plenty of room for the impressive selection of new and premium pre-owned motorcycles and the large product offering of apparel, general merchandise, and motor parts and accessories.

 Equally impressive is the service center with its state-of-the-art performance equipment. "We're all about performance and customization," says Tragos. "Our customers want to personalize their bikes both in terms of performance and style - they want a bike unique to them."
The employees of Chi-Town pride themselves in serving the unique needs of all customers. Whether you are a traveler looking for a t-shirt to mark a milestone in your journey or a long-time customer looking for leathers to go with your new ride, the Chi-Town staff will treat you to the ultimate in customer service. "Our people recognize and respect the uniqueness of each customer and strive to fulfill expectations on an individual basis," says Tragos. To accomplish this, Chi-Town provides the full range of available products, services, and programs. This allows the dealership to customize our offering to the needs and desires of our customers.

Tragos is quick to point out that the facility is only one ingredient in their formula for success. "The people factor is number one," says Tragos. "Everything else - the facility, the equipment, the product - only matters if you have people who listen and respond to the the needs of the customer. And that we do."
