You can return your
purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Item must
be in its original condition, including box, manual, tag, no missing
links on metal watch or wearing marks on the leather band. Please
contact us for return authorization. |

When will I receive
my winning item?
All winning items will be shipped
within 2 business days after payment is received. For U.S.
shipment, the average delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days.
For international shipment, the average delivery time for
registered air mail is 4-7 days. But delay is common for oversea
shipments. Sometimes it could take up to 20 days to arrive, mostly
due to custom clearance. Please understand that we do not control
transit/custom here. This is out of our control.
Have you received my check or
money order payment?
We will send you an email to let
you know that we have received your payment and your item
scheduled shipping date.
What happens if my item was
lost in transit?
If the shipment is insured, we will
file insurance claim and get you the replacement.
My watch is loosing time, what
do I need to do?
Factory defects do happen
sometimes. But most often the watch just needs a new battery. The
watch comes with a battery that was installed originally by the
manufacturer when the watch was assembled and it could run low at
the time of sale. We check every watch before shipping it out. But
it's not possible to catch "loosing time" problem.
How do I change battery or
adjust the band size?
You need the tools to do it right.
Please bring the watch to a local jeweler or a watch repair shop
to have a professional do it for you.
Who will provide warranty
service?
If the watch appears to be
"Dead on Arrival" or problem occurs within 7 days
of the delivery, you can simply contact us for replacement. After
that, your watch is covered under manufacturer warranty. Each
watch comes with warranty / instruction booklet, which contains
information of how to obtain warranty services.
