Cin Chili Package Cin Chili & Company was started by Cindy Reed Wilkins after she got married to Bruce Wilkins in 2002.  Cindy is the only person in history to have ever won the International Chili Championship twice.  She won it back-to-back in 1992 and 1993.  Since then she has won almost every chili championship there is.  If you were to total up all the wins she has had with her chili recipe, it would be well over 300.  After months of research, Cindy and Bruce took her award winning recipe and developed a quick, easy, dry chili mix that the whole family can enjoy.  When you do competition chili, the spices are so intense that most people can't eat a whole bowl of it.  The reason for this is, that the judges only get one spoonful of your chili and so all the flavor and  intensity has to be there all at one time.  They toned down Cin Chili so it's a mild chili.  You can always add heat, but you can't take it out once it's in there.  That's what you're getting with Cin Chili.  They started their ebay store so they could sell it, directly to you.  Now you can have championship chili, anytime you want it, in only 30 minutes.  I know you'll agree, it's the best darn chili you'll ever put in your mouth.
