More than a thousand collectors worldwide have come to trust our material and our integrity. Please check our feedback to learn more about what our customers and sellers have to say about our dealings.
We take care and pride in accurate descriptions, but will not be offended if you disagree with them. The vast majority of our buyers have found them to be conservative and were pleasantly surprised that the quality exceeded their expectations.
All of our auctions feature an ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, and although only a few (I can count them on the fingers of one hand) have returned items to us over the years, we have accepted them back cheerfully and tendered a full refund. With all of the fake and poorly described material on ebay these days, you need to know who you can trust.
We're members of The Daguerreian Society, and maintain strict grading standards on all of our photographs with sincere attempts to describe any and all flaws (sometimes to the detriment of the auction when the flaws sound worse on paper than they are!)
Above all, we try to have fun with our eBay experiences and have made many new and wonderful friends in the last eight years we've been selling and buying here. I am constantly amazed at the depth of knowledge and the overall goodness that people exhibit (well, there was a gallery in New York, but that's another story!)

The newsletter alone is worth more than the yearly dues, but you get a huge bonus in the Daguerreian Annual which is a beautifully done and scholarly edited resource in itself. |
