Has my order been shipped yet?
When we receive payment for your item, we process it and immediately send it to our shipping department. All orders are usually shipped within a few days after receipt of payment, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Once the item is shipped, you should receive an email confirming the date of shipment and source of shipment. If you have not received this email within 4-5 days after you have paid, we ask that then and only then will you contact us with this question.

I need to return the item I bought. Where do I send it?

If you return an item to us, please remember to include a note with the eBay item number and your reason for returning the item.

I have been sending you emails, but have not received any responses. Why?
Several email services may block emails from senders who you have not previously recognized. Therefore, it is possible that emails from us may be blocked by your email service or relegated to bulk/junk mail folders. Also, please remember that we are only able to answer emails on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so any correspondence during other times may be delayed.
