That being said, I can't give any guarantee of the silver content of an item, as I have no way of testing the pieces. So, please, if you want a guarantee, buy from an antiquer who can test the silver for you. I'm just doing my best here. I enjoy this! TIRED OF POLISHING YOUR SILVER? Also, done with thesis and began to sew {still like old silver better than thread, though!}~~watch for my lavender/rice sachets which are homemade, starting with Peter Rabbit Toile Nursery sachets, Beatrix Potter. (Raggedy Ann added by special request of a customer who used them as party favors @ her sister's baby shower). Also, my recently acquired passion for antique silver has left me with quite a collection that I am incrementally posting. If you are on the lookout for something specific, let me know, & I will keep it on my seeking list! I have some great finds from an Estate in Greenwich, CT. Additionally, I love gourmet cooking & if I see a nice piece of cookware @ a good price, I will share it with you! Have you met Emeril Lagasse or Julia Child? Then, there is the teen who is a string player since he was three. New England is my home where if you wait 5 minutes, the weather will change! On the springboard to empty-nesting, so liquidating some old time personal favorites, too.

Well, had my bubble burst with my first negative fb. yesterday in retaliation for the first I ever left. I just felt I had to do it for the principle--no other reason! I tried all the other avenues first, and the seller was unwilling to refund for a misrepresented item. They wd. not participate in Square Trade or any eBay mediation--nor even acknowledge the falsity. When I wrote to say, hey guys, this isn't .925~~rather it is silverplated with platewear the answer 'peanutcharms' gave me was "it is sterling plated." UGH.

Nonetheless, it hasn't changed my work ethic. I have and still do strive to be a good, conscientious seller of the highest caliber.
