CLASSIC RUG is a family business, based in Melbourne, Australia, and has been operating online for the past four years, as the first rug supplier on eBay Australia.
We ship to Australia and the World.

We hand-pick our rugs from the INTERNATIONAL CARPET EXHIBITION in Iran, which is held every year.

As a buyer, you can be assured, that ALL of our carpets are authentic and not cheap copies made in neighboring countries, (Afghanistan, Pakistan or India).

eBay seems to be flooded with copies of Persian rugs, which are NOT authenticated and are mere copies.Or so called low or uneven pile meaning a poor quality rug with worn patches and its a waste of investment. Buyers also should beware of unsubstantiated claims of authenticity.
CLASSIC RUG urges all prospective buyers to do research BEFORE making any purchase.

PERSIAN rugs are famous for their excellent and ever-lasting quality wool and workmanship.

We will not be beaten on price or quality, as every rug is personally hand-picked, with no middle man or high outgoing costs involved.

All rugs are professionally cleaned and serviced, prior to import.
