Claychicks is a couple of friends who decided to combine our clay efforts.

Carolyn Jordan of CMJ Creations has a particular fondness for fancy floral polymer clay and neatly ordered rainbows of crayons.

Elaine Robitaille, mad scientist at Polymer Clay Beads by Tooaquarius, is happiest when there are beads and clay scattered around.

The Claychicks specialize in polymer clay - millefiori canes, beads and whatever else strikes our fancy.

Millefiori or canes are made by carefully building a design out of custom colors and blends of clay. The blends are shaped into rods and sheets and arranged to form a tube of design. This tube is then reduced and cut into segments. The individual segments can be sliced thickly or thinly to make a variety of projects. A single ounce of cane can cover a surprising amount.

We also make artist beads from our own canes! All of our beads are made from quality materials, by us, properly cured and finished. Specific finish details and contents are included in each auction.
