Bio:

Hi, my name is Faye, I am a self trained artist, painting is my therapy.  The majority of my pieces are designed by me and are one of a kind items.  At this time all my paintings are originals not copies or prints.  Most of my frames are recycled.  I also paint on used or found objects, skates, shoes, rocks, pots, lids, pieces of wood, anything that doesn't run to fast.  I also like to try other crafty and artistic endeavors including sewing, altered arts, paper crafts, needlework, polymer clay, & stamping.  I also like primitive, grubby, vintage items, it is always fun to repurpose something or recycle it for the same use with a different look.  I love shopping at flea markets, yard sales, antique shops, or second hand stores. Clay, of claynfaye, is my husband, he does the mailing and lifts heavy objects.  We have three grown children and seven grandchildren.  My family is the most important part of my world.

Policies:

Payments:  We accept Paypal payments and cash in person, we expect payment within three days of the purchase.  

Shipping:  We ship via the USPS, we only ship one day a week, (due to illness) which is generally Saturday morning.  If this is a problem please contact us and I will try to make other arrangements.  In the USA we generally ship first class for items weighing less than 13 oz. and Priority rate for items weighing more than 13 oz.  Outside the USA we ship Priority International.  I am happy to combine items to save on shipping costs when it is possible.  If you email me your zip code and the items you would like combined I will be happy to give you a shipping quote.  We generally charge the exact cost of shipping and a $1.00 handling fee for each item. 

   
Regarding International Shipping import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. 

Refunds and Exchanges:  Items are covered by a 100% guarantee, they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any s&h.  The seller must be notified that the item is being returned  and the item must be placed in the return mail within seven days of receiving the item.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returned items must be in acceptable condition, they must be returned in their original box (if applicable) and in the condition inwhich they were mailed by the seller with all papers and pieces included. Any item that states, "items are sold as is" and damage caused during shipping are not covered by the guarantee.  I certainly want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me if there are any problems at all and give me the opportunity to resolve the problems.  

Feedback:  One of the most important concerns for me is feedback.  I wait until the buyer has received their item(s) and they are happy with it before I leave feedback.  I do this to give myself the opportunity to resolve any problems that arise. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to leave me feedback if I purchase from you or you purchase from me.

Additional Information:  Regarding my art pieces all rights are reserved by artist. Buyer is not purchasing the rights to the image. Any and all publishing and reproduction rights are reserved solely by the artist. The image is not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated or altered in any way.
