FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
This is
the #1 question we receive. To put is as nicely as possible, if we
focused our business on tracking orders for our customers we would have
been out of business a long time ago. We request that our
customers wait 2 weeks before checking on an order sent UPS and 5 weeks
before checking on an order send standard flat rate shipping method.
That said, most of our shipments are in the hands of our customers
within only a couple of days.
WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG?
Not all
shipments take a long time for delivery. In fact 80% of our
shipments are in the hands of our customers within only a couple of
days. But sometimes it can take longer which is why we ask our
customers to wait before checking on their order. Why can it
sometimes take longer? Orders shipped standard flat rate are send
the cheapest way possible and the USPS simply does not prioritize the
delivery of these packages during peak seasons.
WHEN DID YOU SHIP?
We do our
best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Some are shipped same
day. Others ship within a few days.
HOW DID YOU SHIP?
Our auctions
generally list two shipping methods for you to choose from. UPS
ground shipments are delivered within 1-6 business days once we have
shipped. Standard flat rate shipping service can take much longer.
Such packages are send the cheapest way possible, usually USPS media
mail. And packages shipped under the standard flat rate shipping
service are not trackable. Most shipments send standard flat rate
are delivered within 10days, but it can be as little as 3 days and as
much as 4 weeks once we have shipped. International shipments have
different shipping methods and delivery times. If you require your
products sooner please email or call to pay for a shipping upgrade.

ITEM A WEEK AGO?
We hear it all the time.
But you should have ordered before you were totally out of this item.
You should have allowed more time for it to arrive. Your should
have planned ahead a little better. May we suggest putting some
aside so in the future you will never run out again while waiting on a
shipment. Please do now make your failure to plan our mistake.
