Hi my name is Brian Blair climatic_fanatic( 17500) and I live in Highland Perthshire, just outside of Aberfeldy in Bonnie Scotland. All my items for sale I have sourced from quality Highland Scotland Auctions, generally the items have come from private collections or house clearances

I generally attend around 2-3 auctions a week. I sell full time on Ebay and do so from an office in my garden, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, eagles, sheep, horses, lochs and rivers. Generally I have my dog, Donny Boy and cat, Pie-Chuck close by when working and am constantly being disturbed by my lovely wee girls.

If i am not listing, researching, auctioning or fiddling with my weather station then you will find me packing things up and heading down to the local Post Office to get my daily dose of abuse for bringing in wrapped up rocking horses or mantle clocks or chairs etc.. - and i have to pay them too!

I have had 15 years sales and marketing experience with companies such as the BBC, Press Association and Capital Radio. I was Advertising Manager for BBC Homes and Antiques magazine when it launched back in the early nineties and my interest in antiques started. Having spent several years selling to Antique dealers (rather daunting) I picked up a fair bit of experience. I have been studying Antiques and Collectables for many years since and contine to do so today. I also collect many things and buy frequently on Ebay. As i am learning every day I welcome any advice regarding my sales - so if you see something i could improve and have the inclination to share please let me know. I am particularly interested in finding a packing fairy that can pack your goods with the swish of a magic wand. ;o)

Also if you are new to ebay and are unsure about anything just drop me a line, or if you are an overseas buyer who is unfamiliar with conversion rates etc.. don't be shy in emailing and asking questions - the squeeky wheel gets the oil!
