Most of the items selected for RESALE are new or have only been WORN ONCE—being in the fashion business, high-profile individuals cannot be seen wearing the same clothing all the time. We contract with our celebrity friends to give back to the public by going green and recycling their closets with the rest of the world through eBay! To be honest, not everything that is "designer label" is necessarily great, we only choose to resale what we think is fabulous for our customers and clients. WE INSPECT EACH ITEM VERY CAREFULLY. We steam clean, properly store, and handle these high-end items with absolute attention to detail. There is also a lot of care involved with our packaging and shipping. We only ship USPS Priority and Express. LISTINGS START ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. Shipping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. WHO? We are a cool group of fashion lovers and creative types. Unfortunately, some sellers on eBay may try to sell non-authentic items or find bargain basement items to sell. This is not us. Beware of purchasing Gucci, Prada, Chanel and other highly faked items online unless you are comfortable with that seller's reputation and knowledge of that item. Ask to see the fabric tags which supply the style numbers, origin, and year. Go to the forum and get other sellers opinions and also consult www.purseblog.com. Contact the seller and request more detailed information and photographs of the manufacturing tags that are supplied. Utilizing these steps makes for better buying! About buying previously-owned shoes... In these hard times it may be difficult to afford brand new designer and well-made shoes, but buying such items on eBay is a great way to expand your wardrobe without emptying your wallet. If the shoes we offer have worn bottoms or nicks in the leather (especially the heels) it is then very cost-efficient to run these past a cobbler to be professionally fixed for next to nothing ($5-$30 per shoe) completely reasonable!
