the qualities and characteristics of handmade items
can vary widely, we believe it is very crucial that
our customers can understand and see exactly what they
are purchasing. So we always try to take clear pictures
of each item from several angles, to ensure the item
is accurately presented. Most of the items in our collections
are one of a kind, simply because they are handmade,
so if you see a piece that you like, be sure not to
miss it.
In
terms of payment, we accept a wide variety of payment
methods, and most of them are free for your use, for
example: Paypal, credit card or money order. So it is
quite convenient. If you are purchasing multiple items,
we will gladly hold your items until you have completed
shopping, then then you can easily make one payment
for all items thru ClubGem Checkout system.
All our shipments are insured. Shipping is normally
very fast as we ship everyday, except weekends and public
holidays. For orders below $250, we ship by registered
air mail, which normally takes around 11 days to arrive
in the USA. For orders above $250, we automatically
ship by FedEx or Global Express absolutely free. Express
shipments normally arrive within 2 days.

our "shipping country", and if you would like
