I've became an eBay member March 18, 1999 and have been buying and selling consistantly since then. I mostly use eBay to sell, but occasionally I look for items for my personal collections as well as hard to find gifts for friends and family. I offer up so many different collectable items on a regular basis, anything interesting I happen to come across usually ends up for sale right here. As you can see from my feedback rating, people are happy with what I sell and the customer service I provide them. I try my best to write up accurate descriptions, and then ship items securely and quickly. I ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so whenever a buyers payment comes in, I ship the purchase out within a couple days. I always ship outside the US, so all you overseas eBay users please feel free to bid on my stuff!
Shipping on all my store inventory is FREE to the United States.
Outside the US, I have calculated shipping charges with NO additional fees. I always combine shipping, so if you're intersted in more then one item, just send me a list and the destination and I will get you a shipping cost as soon as possible.
Let me first say, Support Your Local Comic Shop! They are essential to our hobby! I'm just trying to be a source for the books you can't find there. I've collected comic books and sports cards since 1988, managed a comic shop for about three years, and I've always wanted to run my own shop. Now with eBay, I can finally do that. I also have a powerful affinity for well written books, good music, and good movies, and I hope to expand to selling those eventually.
As for my comic book grading policy, let me first state I am not a professional grader. I give my comic books a good look-over, usually spending 1-2 minutes on each book. Obviously, I will spend more time and give more detail for higher priced issues. The grading scale I have posted is based on the Overstreet Grading System. I look at each catagory:Corners, Binding, Cover, and Interior to assign an overall grade. It all boils down to this:
Comics that you buy off the rack at your local comic book shop are usualy Near Mint or VF/NM. If a comic book has been read just one or two times, it usually will grade at VF/NM to Very Fine, there's nothing bad about their appearence, but upon close inspection, you can tell they've been handled. Books that have been "gently read" time and time again will typically grade from Fine/Very Fine to Very Good/Fine. Anything below that is usually refered to as a "reader copy" or "space holder" for more pricey issues for collectors putting together a full run of a series. I strive to grade accurately to ensure satisfaction. As you can tell, I don't have a grade of Mint condition listed. That is because Mint condition comic books are not commonplace, and unfortunately the term gets thrown around by people who are not willing to put any time into grading. If I ever do list a comic as Mint, you can believe it has no flaws at all.
In the event that I significantly miss-grade a book, I do offer a full money back guarantee. I must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the book and the book must be returned within 7 days.
If you have any questions, or are looking for specific books or titles, please drop me a line. I answer questions as soon as possible and I have plenty of comics to post for sale.
