Selling Policies
An item is considered "New" when it meets the following guidelines:
- It is in the original condition from the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer ("New Old Stock", "NOS")
- It has not been refurbished or used for any purpose.
- It has no known defects or damages.
Please note: "NOS" that has never been opened is considered new. Sterling silver items will tarnish over time, even if never opened or used. If you are purchasing a Sterling item, please note that it may need cleaning after opening the package.
Handmade or custom-made items that have never been used for any purpose may also be considered "new".
Note: Item condition is not an indication of the item's age. If age is known, the creation and/or release date of the item (for example: Fall 2005) will be in the item description.
We can provide buyers with answers to these questions if applicable:
- Is the item in its original packaging or has the packaging ever been opened?
- Are all manuals, accessories and additional documents shipped with the item?
- Does the item have a valid warranty that can be passed on to the buyer?
- Does the item have an expiration date?
- Does the item have store tags attached?
- Does the item come with any certificates?
Feedback will be left after the buyer has done so, sorry but too many buyers wanted to renegotiate terms and left negative feedback after receiving our positive.
A $1 or $2 surcharge will be added to all shipping prices, this is to cover the cost of packaging supplies (boxes, packaging tape, paper and toner for printing postage labels, etc) and gas (currently $3.05) to drive to the post office or FedEx dropoff.
All shippments will be either by USPS (for items under 4 pounds) or FedEx / UPS (for anything over 4 pounds), depending on which service is cheapest. Please note: FedEx requires a phone number for the recipient. If you know that your item will ship via FedEx, you must provide me with a phone number upon auction end.
All sales are final! I have been as descriptive as possible, without opening any packages. I have been as accurate as possible in my descriptions but my knowledge is not infallible. If you require more information on an item, please feel free to e-mail me and I will try to answer you as best I can. Any questions, please e-mail me before bidding.
I will gladly combine shipping if you are high bidder on 2 or more items.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!
- You must pay using BidPay.
- We will not ship item as a "gift" unless it is actually purchased by a US resident and sent international.
- For international shipments we use USPS or FedEx (for lighter items).
- Delivery times are as posted by the carrier and are to get to your country, your postal service may take additional time to reach you. There is no tracking or insurance available for some countires, if you wish them, you must opt for FedEx delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays or loss due to the carriers or customs.
- Buyer is responsible for all duties, fees and taxes (if any).
I expect to receive payment withing 7 business days of auction close. Please take that into consideration if you will be away at the time the auction closes or you are paying with a money order. If you are bidding on multiple items and want to wait to pay me all at once that is fine, but make sure to contact me so that I remember to reduce your shipping cost. Payments accepted via BidPay or money orders (I only accept USPS or Western Union money orders).
If I do not receive payment within the alloted time (7 days), it is my policy to file a non paying bidder alert with eBay and request the closing fees to be refunded to me. I ususally re-list items for which I have not received payment within 15 days of auction close. If you would like your item, you must re-bid. |
