Hi there! My name is Charlotte and my hubby is Paul. We live in Maricopa AZ. This is the city of Maricopa, not the County. We're out here by Harrah's Casino! Maricopa is pretty small, more like the type of place that if you blink, you miss it, but we're growing. We didn't officially become a city until 2003! Overnight express gets here in 2 days instead of one, so Priority USPS is just as good. Still, it only takes us 20 minutes to drive to downtown Phoenix since it's all highway!
I moved to AZ in 1989, and I still wonder why everytime Summer hits! It's November and today is supposed to be 90 degrees! What gives?
We are still shipping almost every business day that we can. We will still check our e-mails about a zillion times every day, so please feel free to e-mail us with any questions. But if it's a detailed one, (or if Paul just spilled something on my keyboard, which he did 3 times this last year) then you'd better expect a day or two for one of us to compose our thoughts! (and to drive 15 miles to Best Buy for a new keyboard) Many times I find myself answering e-mails after midnight, once the household has settled in for the night!
Please forgive me if I tend to take a day or two to answer e-mails....I try and respond as quickly as possible.

Stuff For Sale
Some of the items we sell we are listing as a favor to others. But our main business is new and used Bowflexes! Over the last few months we have also added some items from Star Trac, Lifecore, and Body Solid.
Oddball Info?
Every once in awhile we will get an e-mail asking if we will take something in trade. Even though we rarely do it, we do try our best to take care of our customers, and so far so good! We do sometimes consider trades for items not yet listed.
Feedback
We invite anyone to check out our feedback, including our negatives. We have never cheated anyone, and even our negatives show that. We really appreciate it if customers e-mail or call us if they have a problem. Please dont leave us a neutral or a negative without contacting us! It's rarely our fault, but if it is (and we're not perfect) we will do our best to make it right! Lately I think that all the Ground shippers have rioted. So many boxes are being damaged and lost this last month and it's driving me crazy! I had one box that was supposed to go from one state to the next state over, and it ended up in Alaska! Thankfully it did get back and delivered to the right person a week later. Please know that we will do everything in our power to make sure you get what you paid for, though it may take a little longer if we have to track down lost boxes. You will notice that 99% of the time, though, we always ship on time!
Many of the units I sell come with extra items, sometimes bonuses. Please understand that it is very common for boxes to become separated during shipment, even when tracking shows they all went out together! Because of this they sometimes do not all arrive on the same day. Also many extra items are shipped from a different location, and will have a different ETA. Please do not leave feedback without contacting us first! Even if you leave us a positive, it sounds negative if you jump the gun and say you didn't get something that you were expecting.
