If your organization normally pays via purchase order, please fax the PO to 86-755-82791270  Please include your organization's full contact information. We can extend net 30 payment terms to creditworthy organisations.

3.what method choose for shipment?

Normally we choose EMS for large order for USA customer. Fedex for western countries. For samples we prefer Fedex .

4. How long does the delivery take ?

DHL .Fedex,UPS,TNT just 3 days. EMS will take 7days -10days

5.How long from order to delivery:

Normally it takes 3days to delivery after payment confirmed. If there is some model is in suddenly short supply, our sales representative will let you know to make an order change

6. I live outside china, can I order from cn-auction?

Yes, we currently ship to nearly all international destinations. Simply go to the online shop and order online with a credit card. There will be no GST charged for all international order. Purchases over US$500 may require payment in advance by wire transfer. International orders can take up to 4 business days for delivery.

warranty:
.Normally we provide 1 year warranty for consumer electronics products. If the consumer electronicsproducts broken in one year due to quality issue, we will repair it for free.
.If the consumer electroics products is quality broken during 7 days from purchasing, we will refund it if theappearance is ok,and there is no manual mistake during usage.
.If the products is quality broken during 15days from purchasing, we will replace you with a new one withgood quality if there is no appearance spots or manual mistake during usage
.The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, includingcartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.
