****SHIPPING****
All of our items are carefully packaged and usually sent out within 24 hours of payment. All items have delivery confirmation and a few will have signature confirmation. All items are usually shipped First Class mail via USPS, but we will sometimes ship other methods at our discretion.
Most of the World of Warcraft items are free shipping to anywhere in the US. We do ship to APO/FPO, but please email for a price quote for shipping PRIOR to buying or bidding. For the items going to APO/FPO, we will have to charge a shipping fee, but it will be reasonable.
The WoW cards will be shipped in a bubble envelope or they will be wrapped in bubble wrap and a piece of cardboard to ensure its safety to you.
If there are any special requests on shipping preference or handling, please let us know when you are paying for the item. Most items will get packaged within 1-4 hours of payment, so you would have to let us know right away if you have any special requests.

****Q: DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS?
A: Yes, we combine shipping, but all items must be paid for at one time. Usually extra items won are an extra .50 - $1.00. Depending on how many items are won and what it is, we may lower the shipping costs so you will get even a bigger discount.
****Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes, we usually ship internationally. If you do not see that we ship to you, email us and ask about it. There are some items that we will or can not ship internationally. There are certain countries that we will not ship to period.
****Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: First class mail is usually delivered in 2-5 days in the US. International orders can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Priority mail usually runs 2-3 days in the US, while International can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping may be available if you ask for the appropriate shipping costs for it.
****Q: HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE?
A: Most items are free First class shipping in the US only. If you want Priority mail, the cost is usually $5.00. ALL International orders must pay shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on item to be shipped.
****Q: HOW ARE THE CARDS SHIPPED?
A: All of our cards are shipped in a bubble mailer with a penny sleeve and a hard plastic sleeve.
****Q: WILL YOU SHIP THE CARD EVEN IF I ASK FOR THE CODE VIA EMAIL?
A: Yes, we will send codes via email, but you MUST state it in the comment to seller box in PayPal during payment along with the email address you want it to go to. Otherwise, all cards will get shipped out unscratched. When we send codes via email, we include a scanned image or the card in case of typos.
****Q: WHY ARE SOME OF YOUR LISTINGS FOR CODES ONLY?
A: We get asked a lot for just the code to be emailed, so we will put up a few listings for just that. If you want the card as well, mention that when you are paying in the comment to seller box. If you do not want the code sent via email, we suggest you order one that does not state code only.
