I am constantly researching and experimenting to stay on top of the latest trends and customer needs in order to offer you the most satisfying and up to date products.

* Open Monday - Friday 10 am to 6p.m. EST. Saturdays 11 am to 4 pm
* Shipping is USPS Priority mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Post unless otherwise stated (Fedex is available upon request)
* We will always offer our customer's a fantastic multi-purchase shipping discount. If you have any concerns or questions as to the cost please feel free to contact us.
*Due to the nature of most of our products, being cosmetic, bath & beauty there are no returns unless under the utmost unusual circumstances.
*Should there be something terribly wrong with your shipment please contact us within 24 hours of receiving. At Coastal Scents, friendly & professional customer service is company policy and we will do everthing in our power to resolve issues.
*Payments are made through our paypal account. We also accept all major credit cards, e-checks, cashier checks, postal and bank money orders. When mailing in a payment please include your ebay id, your full name, email address and a copy of your order.
Also note that e-checks & personal check payments may take up to 7 business days before they clear and your order can ship.
*Feedback policy: Due to an over-whelming amount of feedbacks to return we ask you to please leave feedback once you receive your item. We check these daily & will return feedback to you asap.
