A little about my lifestyle
Hello I'm Angela, a fifty something mother of two grown up sons. I am employed part time as a doctors receptionist so I get to study a lot of babies and children who visit as patients. I am interested in amatuer dramatics and belong to a local society who put on three productions a year. I trained as a hairdresser in the early years after leaving school and remained doing this until I had my first son. I did not return to work until my second son was fourteen and then I co-ordinated a local Victim Support Scheme.

My passion for dolls
I have always had a deep love for dolls at the age of eleven my mother gave away the few remaining ones that I had because she considered that at eleven I should have grown out of that particular phase. However once I started work and earning the collection started to grow again with foreign dolls bought on holidays, I built up quite a collection of european dolls. My real passion however is Native American dolls and on subsequent visits to the USA I have been able to indulge this. I now have around twenty five, the living room is more like a reservation!! When I discovered reborn dolls I bought one and then not content with one I wanted another. I then got interested in how they were reborn and bought a very small, very cheap one and experimented- an absolute disaster. However not going to be beaten I kept on trying until I was satisfied that I had created something that I would buy myself.Since then I have reborn eighty or more babies and all of their new parents seem to be delighted with them. I really, really love what I do, it is stimulating, restful but oh so time consuming- dinner is often late in arriving! I try always to reborn lifelike babies and I am continually looking for something different to create.
